Claire Danes and her itsy-bitsy red bikini enjoyed an afternoon on the beach with boyfriend Hugh Dancy in Ischia, Italy, yesterday. We all know that Claire is a slender girl, but she looked tiny as she cozied up with her cute man, snapped some photos of their vacation, and caught some sun. Looks like a perfect, and perfectly relaxing, trip for the couple after checking out the Gucci resort show last week. As the face of the jewelry line, maybe Miss Danes even picked up some couture from the fashion house — though it looks like she doesn't need much more than her bikini on this trip.

Neil Patrick Harris and David Burka enjoyed a leisurely day at the farmers market earlier this week, but on the Internet, NPH is making us smile again. You must (must!) check out Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog starring Neil Patrick Harris and created by Joss Whedon — hilarious, I love it. Even while on hiatus from How I Met Your Mother, NPH keeps us laughing.

Jennifer Garner and Violet Affleck kicked their cuteness up a notch in their matching red shirts for a visit to the Children's Art Studio in LA yesterday. Looks like Violet is quite the budding artist and had a nice big project to take home for the fridge at the end of the day. This little one might be too young for Summer camp, so it's a good thing her mom is keeping her schedule busy with all kinds of fun activities before it's time for school in the Fall.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz once again greeted the photographers hand in hand on their way out of Cafe Med in LA yesterday. While I wasn't always the biggest Pete fan, I have to admit that I'm warming up to him on his road to being a dad, especially when he's by Ashlee's side at all points. Black, white, and red — her hair, his pants — all over, the newlyweds look stronger than ever these days, and while we've got some time before the new addition, photos of the happy family are always welcome.

Natalie Portman made a rare appearance in NYC yesterday without her usual sidekicks — her boyfriend Devendra and her cute puppy. Of course, Natalie doesn't need any friends to look cool all on her own, which is just one of the many reasons she secured the No. 41 spot on the 2008 PopSugar 100. Whether she's up on the big screen or just hanging out around NYC, Natalie is a fan favorite we hope to see on our annual list for years to come.
