Adrian Grenier gathered sports stars and actors at The Kress in LA last night to celebrate the launch of Absolut Los Angeles, a limited-edition vodka to honor the city. Cristiano Ronaldo took a break from his shirtless sunbathing, which is probably a good call considering that tan to mingle with Terrell Owens and Jaime Pressly. The soccer star was all about the thumbs up, though he apparently didn't want to share the love with LC. Fellow Entourage star Kevin Connolly was there to hang out with his buddy and probably live out a few scenarios that would be right at home on their show.

After a relaxing weekend showing off her bikini body with her boys, Britney Spears got back to work on her new album last night in Hollywood. While we're excited to hear what she's got in store next, she may still be getting recognition for last year's Blackout. Rumor has it that Brit will be scoring a VMA nomination in the Best Female Video category for "Piece of Me." We'll find out for sure tomorrow night on FN MTV, and though it may not be as exciting as another comeback performance sounds like a good way to get Miss Brit on the red carpet for the show.

Mary-Louise Parker stepped out in NYC looking only somewhat ready to face the morning yesterday. The working mom had her perfect Nancy Botwin-esque pick-me-up in hand with her coffee — though to be fair, her on-screen counterpart prefers hers iced. Speaking of Weeds, the show has been picked up for at least two more seasons (yay!) which is especially awesome news considering how great it's been again this year after a lackluster third season. MLP is once again one of my favorite ladies on TV and apparently I'm not the only one who loves her as she picked up yet another Emmy nod for her work on the show!

Rachel Bilson loves her dog and loves to shop — so when those two things come together, it sounds like a pretty good day in her book. She took Thurman Murman to a LA pet store yesterday, and on top of getting a bag full of treats, it looks like he also made a new friend. We think Rachel always looks adorable when she's out running errands solo, but when she's joined by Thurman it's almost a cute overload.

Mariah Carey dressed a little more demure than her crazy pastel TRL ensemble — but, hey now, still skintight — out in NYC yesterday on the way to her BET 106 & Park appearance. Nick had her hand and apparently all her things as he escorted her around town. The newlyweds just added another commitment to their itinerary as Mariah is set to perform at Fashion Rocks. She also says that she's gearing up for an elaborate tour to kick off this Winter. I think it's safe to assume that Mr. Mariah Carey will be there cheering his wife on the whole time as he's proven himself happy to do these days.
