Jessica Simpson looked holiday-season ready leaving the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Manhattan to head over and film her new Macy's Christmas ad today. The singer is getting into the dress-making business and totally looked the part, strutting her stuff and steaming up the city as usual. While we'll be waiting for it to get a little cooler out before we see this commercial, there will be a lot more of red hot Jess in her favorite short shorts as she tours around performing at fairs this August.

Justin Timberlake showed his love for a fellow celebrity restaurateur last night out on a date with Jessica Biel at Eva Longoria's Beso in West Hollywood. Apparently the lovey duo didn't keep the kisses to the name of the restaurant, enjoying a leisurely romantic dinner in a private booth. These two have been going strong for over a year now and while they're still batting off engagement rumors, things seem to be staying groovy. Next, JT will hit the stage with the other stars at Fashion Rocks and hopefully this time Jess will join him on the red carpet rather than keeping hidden backstage.

Adrian Grenier gathered sports stars and actors at The Kress in LA last night to celebrate the launch of Absolut Los Angeles, a limited-edition vodka to honor the city. Cristiano Ronaldo took a break from his shirtless sunbathing, which is probably a good call considering that tan to mingle with Terrell Owens and Jaime Pressly. The soccer star was all about the thumbs up, though he apparently didn't want to share the love with LC. Fellow Entourage star Kevin Connolly was there to hang out with his buddy and probably live out a few scenarios that would be right at home on their show.

After a relaxing weekend showing off her bikini body with her boys, Britney Spears got back to work on her new album last night in Hollywood. While we're excited to hear what she's got in store next, she may still be getting recognition for last year's Blackout. Rumor has it that Brit will be scoring a VMA nomination in the Best Female Video category for "Piece of Me." We'll find out for sure tomorrow night on FN MTV, and though it may not be as exciting as another comeback performance sounds like a good way to get Miss Brit on the red carpet for the show.

Mary-Louise Parker stepped out in NYC looking only somewhat ready to face the morning yesterday. The working mom had her perfect Nancy Botwin-esque pick-me-up in hand with her coffee — though to be fair, her on-screen counterpart prefers hers iced. Speaking of Weeds, the show has been picked up for at least two more seasons (yay!) which is especially awesome news considering how great it's been again this year after a lackluster third season. MLP is once again one of my favorite ladies on TV and apparently I'm not the only one who loves her as she picked up yet another Emmy nod for her work on the show!
