Katie Holmes narrowly avoided a (probably on purpose) catastrophe yesterday on the set of Eli Stone as she managed not to spill her soda on the head of a nearby costar. The show's cast and crew were at LA's Dodger Stadium to film scenes, and luckily Katie was able to ditch Wednesday's big hair and heavy makeup in favor of a more ballpark-friendly getup. No signs of Suri this time, but after her long week of work, Katie must be thrilled about spending the weekend at home with her family.

Jennifer Garner had a big smile on her face as she left a restaurant in LA earlier today after lunching with a pal. She was sporting another item from her loose shirt collection and carrying a rather strategically placed gift bag over her tummy. Judging by the size of her grin, Jennifer doesn't seem too angry that her friend Victor Garber spilled the beans on her pregnancy. His statement seems like a pretty solid confirmation that she's expecting, but we'll still be excited to hear it straight from the source.

Meanwhile the rumors of his recent flirting with a woman in Amsterdam were shot down from all sides. The lady herself denied the claims saying she only met John briefly over a year ago and is considering legal action. As half of one of my new favorite couples, it's good to hear that he's not acting like a jerk — plus with a girlfriend like Aniston as his biggest fan and tour buddy it's no wonder he only has eyes for her.
