Instead of stripping down to face the NYC Summer, Kanye West bundled up in his jeans and sweatshirt yesterday. As a new Louis Vuitton designer, Kanye accessorized with a backpack from the brand. The prolific blogger was recently accused of having a ghostwriter on his site, but yesterday Kanye provided some photographic proof denying the claims that there's someone else behind his posts. Good to hear that it's actually Kanye behind the style picks and sometimes dramatic rants, just one reason why he landed so high on his first time on the PopSugar 100.

Britney and Kevin are expected in court this morning but this time could be the last. After almost two years, the couple has come to an agreement on custody and today they are hoping to get the courts approval. E! Online reports, "Federline gets sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and Spears will have visitation rights." We're happy to hear things didn't have to get messy and drawn out any longer. We expect more news today so stay tuned. Hopefully this is just another positive step on the road to recovery for Ms Brit.

Update: According to TMZ, Britney's current arrangement involves visitation three days a week and one overnight, but she will earn more by the end of the year. Kevin should make an appearance in court today, but Brit is not expected.

Update: Britney's month's child support fee was also raised from $15,000 to $20,000. Kevin's lawyer Mark David Kaplan also received $250,000 for the case.

It was a family affair for Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson at the Sephora 10th anniversary party in NYC last night. On the Lohan front, Dina and brother (not father) Michael hit the red carpet with their sequins-ed out sister while Samantha had her sister Charlotte out for the night. Seems like LL and SR can't be too worried about family talking these days. Nicky Hilton didn't have Paris by her side to stick with the sibling trend, but there were more than enough girls around to party with.
