John Mayer was not looking his coolest in those weird pants yesterday in NYC while running errands on his last day on the East Coast for a while. He'll be playing a show in Ohio tonight before heading west, so hopefully that means a reunion with Jennifer. She's been missing in action for the past week, but maybe a few dates are just what John needs to help with his boredom.

The most musical movie hitting the theaters this Friday, Mamma Mia, premiered in NYC last night. The stars were all out and full of smiles including Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried who play the mother daughter pair at the center of the film. It's hard to say who looked more dapper, Pierce Brosnan or Colin Firth, handsome in suits before watching themselves sing and dance on the big screen. From what I hear, this movie is loads of fun! Rachel Bilson managed the NYC heat yesterday by strolling around the city with a Jamba Juice in hand. With her trendy denim cut offs and Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses, she looked adorable — as usual! — but her great style is just one of the reasons she made it onto this year's PopSugar 100 at No. 43. Her acting schedule is unfortunately pretty clear these days, but Rachel has been keeping busy with her new line, Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans. The collection's first ad just came out but we'll have to wait until September to see her designs in stores.

After a long day of work on Eli Stone, Katie Holmes stayed in her hair and makeup heading out to dinner with Tom. As usual, Katie showed off the latest trends with her gladiator shoes and baggy jeans. However, we're not so sure about the peg-rolled jeans or socks with those shoes. While Katie was preparing for her singing and dancing role, the rest of the cast was busy chatting with the press over at the Summer TCAs, and it sounds like they're all as excited for her cameo as we all are.
