We've seen plenty of Nicole and Joel these days but this weekend we got a rare treat to see the adorable baby Harlow. She looks so sweet in her pink little onesie sitting in her mom's lap. Nicole took her daughter with her to enjoy the hot Summer day at a friend's house in LA. Harlow looks like a mini me of Joel right now but she clearly has mom's colorful style. We only wish we got to see more of this little munchkin.

George Clooney took the guys for a little motorcycle ride around Lake Como on Friday afternoon. I'm sure the neighbors just loved that. Clooney's been playing quite the host recently with a constant stream of guests, including buddy Brad Pitt last week after he went to the Radiohead concert in nearby Milan. As for George's romantic life, there have been no more ladies spotted just yet, despite those rumors of a new girl. Hey, if he's ever lonely I'm sure he'd have no trouble wrangling up a female (or a million) to come join him at the estate. In fact, I think I might even know a few myself...

Sad news. According to ET, comedian George Carlin died this evening from heart failure. According to his publicist, the 71-year-old passed away in the early evening at Saint John's Hospital in Santa Monica. Our thoughts go out to all of his family, friends, loved ones and fans. He will be missed and certainly not forgotten.

Britney Spears returned to LAX and a mess of paparazzi on Friday after her quick trip to see Jamie Lynn give birth. The whirlwind trip to Mississippi and back — with a stop in Kentwood, Louisiana too — clearly wasn't enough time to throw off all her friends with cameras. Unfortunately, things got a little too hectic, as Jamie resorted to pushing a few photographers out of the way as he helped his daughter through the swarm. The cops ended up intervening a bit, but no arrests were made. Meanwhile though most of you are over it, back in McComb, Jamie Lynn and Casey brought little Maddie Briann home on Saturday morning with a police escort of their own.
