Leighton Meester took her turn as cover model for a change — instead of the usual Gossip Girl darling Blake Lively — for the August issue of Lucky. She showed off her dimples, adorable smile and exactly none of that trademark Blair Waldorf bitchiness. In fact, she's just grateful for everything she's got going right now. In the magazine, she says, "I know it’s corny to say. … I love my life right now. The fashion alone is pretty unbelievable." That doesn't seem corny at all. In fact that might just be why she's — gasp! — maybe my favorite Gossip Girl of all.
Kirsten Dunst had her hot coffee and her favorite cool green shades out on a walk in Manhattan with a friend on a day off from filming All Good Things on Wednesday. Once again she showed off that she's in great spirits these days and even getting into the Summer trends with the nautical navy and white and her classic cute jean cut off shorts. There's been a lot of speculation recently about a possible new man in Kirsten's life, but we're just hoping that smile on her face has to do with finding a happier place these days instead of just a new boy (though that's always fun too).

Luke Perry arriving at the Regis and Kelly show this week made us a little nostalgic for some Dylan McKay (even though he has that yucky mustache). The cast of the 90210 spinoff continues to change, but it seems like most of the rumors are about the former ladies of West Beverly. So tell us — do you think the boys should join the spinoff?
From Vanity Fair to Seventeen, Blake Lively is racking up her magazine cover girl credits this Summer. We already know that she vented about being compared to Paris Hilton, but in the article she also opens up about her costars' special talents and staying away from the nightlife, all while playing coy about Penn. Here are highlights:
On getting silly with her co-stars: “Everyone is really funny and has such strange things that they do. Like Leighton does amazing voice impressions, and she can impersonate anyone’s face. Chace does an amazing impression of Scott Stapp from Creed. Ed is always singing. Taylor is just so adorable, I just want to bake her a cupcake. And Penn does these silly dance moves, and he’s very witty and quick, so it’s fun to have sharp banter with him.”
On why she doesn't hit the NYC hot spots: “I don’t drink, so when you’re going out to a really loud place, where you can’t talk to other people, and people are drinking, you can’t really have a conversation. I just never really found too much joy in it. Especially if there’s something else fun to do, like play Guitar Hero.”
On how actors fall for each other off-set: “Maybe when they kiss off the set – because it’s definitely not romantic on the set, that’s for sure. When you’re saying these words that people are making you say to one another, nothing about it is real or genuine. So if two people connect outside their characters, then that’s how they get together.”
We know that Miss Blake spends plenty of time working on her off-screen kissing, but we admit we're curious to see what happens with all the on screen romance between Serena and Dan when season two starts up again. In fact, we have quite a few questions for those kids.
Brad Pitt brought daughters Zahara and Shiloh to a hospital in Nice, France on Wednesday as they wait for the birth of the latest two members of the Jolie-Pitt clan — which could be a while. While all eyes have been on their natal news, Brad and Angelina weren't the only celebrities making news this week; here's a look back at the week in photos.
Singer and actress Selena Gomez posed for pictures at the 2009 American Music Awards with a pretty pink smile on her face. She took advantage of the occasion and went glam; wearing a Talbot Runhof sequin dress with black strappy heels.
