It was a good morning for Britney Spears. She and Kevin were back in court today for another custody hearing, and the judge granted Britney overnight visitation. Apparently Britney was happy with this new step in the right direction and smiled as she left the courtroom despite this scowl in the car on her way out. We're always glad to hear good news on the Spears family front, and we'll be interested to see if Brit is granted even more visitation on their next hearing July 15th.
Michael Jackson has decided to jump aboard the celebrity clothing line bandwagon, with the help of his buddy Christian Audigier. His designs will be sold exclusively at Kitson this fall, and owner Fraser Ross has already shown his faith saying, "I think people will think it’s hip to wear his line." Hilary Duff Joins Cast of Stay Cool Stay Cool, a comedy by twin brothers Michael and Mark Polish (The Astronaut Farmer, Northfork) just added Hilary Duff (who stays cool this summer in real life by going shopping) to the cast, which already included Chevy Chase, Jon Cryer, Winona Ryder and Sean Astin.
Will Smith was all smiles yesterday, stopping by the The Late Show with David Letterman as he continued to promote his new movie Hancock. He proved his PDA is for everyone, giving Dave multiple kisses on the cheek throughout the show. Will also talked about his upcoming 40th birthday, taking five months off to be with his wife, and the differences between raising a son versus a daughter. The cutest part of the interview was when he addressed his box office competition with little Willow, keeping up the fun family rivalry the two have going.
Joshua Jackson had a big smile on his face hanging out with a pretty blonde yesterday, but it wasn't his usual companion Diane Kruger. He was all dressed up for a photo shoot in NYC with his newest co-star, Anna Torv, who will be appearing with him on Fringe in the Fall. With a few months to go before pilot season, we can't wait to see if Josh and his adorable smirk can turn another TV show into a classic.

Britney got in another bikini sun session in her backyard yesterday before getting down to business hammering out that custody arrangement in court today. Both she and Kevin are currently at this morning's hearing where Britney is apparently requesting an unknown change in visitation. While we wait to hear the results of today's hearing, the only interesting detail we have so far is that Brit's original lawyer Laura Wasser, who bailed on the pop star back in September, is apparently back in the picture. Considering the improvements since then, I'm sure she's a much easier client this time around. We'll keep you updated on the results of the hearing as they come.
