Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl, named Maddie Briann, in Mississippi this morning. Her fiancé Casey Aldridge was there with her along with her family including Britney, who arrived into town yesterday. The infant was born at about 9:30 a.m. Jamie Lynn and her daughter are both "healthy and happy." Congrats to the new family and welcome to a new Spears girl!
The stars of Hancock continued their world tour in London yesterday, and Will and Charlize were looking especially friendly on the red carpet at the premiere. Will's no stranger to a little PDA, but this seems like a little much considering they're both happily attached to other people. Lauren Conrad looked happy at lunch with a friend in LA yesterday and out with Lo and Audrina last night. According to InTouch, we're not the only ones enamored by LC — Chace Crawford revealed that he has a crush on her! Sounds like the most adorable couple ever if you ask me. When we chatted with Lauren earlier this week, she told us a hilarious story about fans. She said:
"They even say that they think they are less reluctant to come up to us — it sounds weird but, because they feel like they know us. Because . . . we’ve been on television for about five years now and they’ve kind of been with us along the way and watched us go through things. They feel a connection to us. It’s odd but it’s kind of cool. . . I had a woman who told me that she wanted to adopt me. She’s like ‘I need to adopt you. You need to learn how to handle men.' I was like, well it was weird. I’m like ‘Well my mom is kind of awesome so I think I’m going to stick with her. But..thanks?' I was like [whispers] ‘security!’ She’s like ‘I want you to come live with me.’ It was weird."

Guess we can't complain since it seems like she's been doing great since rehab, both on and off the set of All Good Things. All she needs to do now is to quit smoking and show us that smile more often.
John Mayer made time for a workout before catching his flight to Europe yesterday, but Tuesday night was all about him and his lady love Jen. The happy couple had a romantic dinner date at Madeo in LA, where they were spotted kissing and rubbing each other's arms throughout the meal. John is set to be away on tour until July, but we have a feeling that the memories of their loved up meal — or their hot trip to Mexico — will help these two weather a couple of weeks apart.
Blake Lively was cruising through NYC yesterday when her puppy, Penny, had an accident all over Blake's dress! The Gossip Girl star got out of the car and tried to cover up with a shopping bag, but we could see the damage had been done. Looks like Blake was a good sport about the mess, but at the end of the day she probably would have preferred the company of her other constant companion.
Lindsay Lohan took a Coke and smoke break while filming Labor Pains in LA yesterday. LL has been getting praise for her hard work on the movie, but she turned down an opportunity to get recognized for her role on the Ugly Betty finale. Following in the steps of another blond actress, Lindsay didn't submit her name for an Emmy nomination. Lindsay's rep said it was because she only had a small role in one episode, Jump, and LL would be back for six more episodes next season, so they decided to wait. It's great to see Lindsay making mature decisions with her acting career, and we are excited to see more of her on Ugly Betty.
Jenna Dewan walked down the street in Beverly Hills looking extremely chic and poised. Her structured white blazer framed her body perfectly, and paired well over her draped fringe Haute Hippie halter which she wore with denim leggings and over-the-knee brown boots.
