While the drama surrounding the fake reports of Angelina giving birth continued here in the states, Brad Pitt was busy shopping over in Switzerland on Tuesday. Seems like more proof that the Jolie-Pitt twins aren't here yet, but Brad's trip to the 2008 Art Basel was also for a very special cause — Angelina's birthday! She turned 33 yesterday and Brad dropped at least $500,000 on furniture to decorate their new French estate. Not too shabby for birthday gifts, but we know how much she appreciates his eye for design and it's not like they'll be hurting for cash with an over $15 million baby photo paycheck coming their way.

Ashlee Simpson was solo eating for two out for dinner at Il Sole in LA on Wednesday. She's showing off a little more of a baby bump though still sticking with her leggings to go with that smile. Her new husband Pete was nowhere in sight, perhaps he was back at home planning out the big tattoo he inked on his arm at John Mayer's house yesterday afternoon. Now that she's postponed her summer tour to focus on getting ready for baby, I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of that growing belly and hearing a lot more gushing from her big sister before meeting the new Simpson-Wentz addition.

Usually we'd expect Paris to milk the attention for all its worth, but her rep was quick to deny the rumors. Gisele traded in her Chuck Taylors for some boots, but stuck with her usual sexy casual look leaving her West Village, Manhattan home yesterday. She was on her way up north to Boston to see her man Tom and his teammates at their annual "Larryoke" karaoke event to support the troops. No word as to whether Gisele is joining the ranks of supermodels who sing (hellooo, Heidi Klum), but sounds like a great event overall. Wonder if while she's up in beantown she and Tom will be back in the front row watching the Celtics take on the Lakers in game one of the NBA finals tonight.

John Legend and Joel Madden were just a few of the stars that came out last night for the Billabong Second Annual Design for Humanity to Benefit Surfrider Foundation in LA. The foundation works to protect our oceans, so naturally eco-friendly Adrian Grenier made an appearance with his girlfriend Isabel Lucas. Adrian's been working overtime to encourage us to go green, kicking off his Alter Eco series last night — check out a clip of the show here. Mischa Barton and Audrina Patridge also came out to show the love for those beaches they spend so much time at, which is a good thing since we know how much these two love to show off their bikini bodies.
