We're less than a week away from the first episode of Living Lohan, and of course Dina and Ali are promoting their new reality show anywhere they can. Dina even spoke out about why her eldest daughter won't be featured in the series, saying, "I told Lindsay I don't want her on the show. Doing reality TV would almost be taking a step backward as far as her career goes." We think that an appearance from Lindsay would probably boost ratings quite a bit, so tell us — do you think reality TV would be a step backwards for LL?
Last night marked the first of many weeks we'll have to live without The Hills, but rest assured that Heidi and Spencer still did their best to ham it up for the cameras at Dodger stadium, showing off everything the souvenir stand had to offer. Spencer has also found time for some new personal drama — after reconciling with Brody Jenner, Spencer is now fighting with Brody's dad, Bruce. Clearly a Spencer-free Summer isn't in the cards for us, so our only hope is that their fellow baseball fans gave them a heckle or two for blocking the field with their impromptu makeout sessions last night.

His treatment has not been determined yet, but the usual course includes combinations of radiation and chemotherapy.
Gwyneth Paltrow got a little break from red carpet events after promoting Iron Man, but she was right back at it yesterday for the premiere of Two Lovers in Cannes yesterday. Her costar Joaquin Phoenix wasn't there to pose with her, but she had plenty of support from her director and other members of the cast. Diddy was also in the house — you know, since he's a big-time member of the Hollywood club these days and all. Gwyneth looked gorgeous in basic black, but she lightened things up in the evening when she went all white at the Chopard event. Today it was right back to the LBD paired with another pair of killer heels for a photocall. This is her first time at Cannes, but considering how flawless she looks, she seems like a pro already.
After a long weekend of frolicking on the Costa Rican beach in her bikinis, Britney Spears hopped on the private jet back to LA yesterday evening. She was showing off her extra tanned body with her agent Jason Trawick right behind, but still no sign of her host for the weekend, Mel Gibson. A moment of R and R seems like just what she needed before getting back to her LA life, and I'm sure her boys will love any souvenirs she picked up on her mini vacation. She's supposedly back in town to work on an even more involved custody deal, so hopefully this trip helped clear her head for the important meetings.
