Jay-Z flashed that big newlywed smile we've grown to love so much as he stepped out of Butter in NYC last night. His bride Beyonce skipped the night out on the town amid whispers that there may be a reason for her to lay low on the partying — those pregnancy rumors are heating up. While the story is apparently stemming from weight gain without doing the usual "Def Jam Detox", her rep responded to the story saying, "I don't know if she's pregnant. Let me perform an ultrasound and get back to you." Not quite a denial. So what do you think about the rumors — is Beyonce pregnant?
Victoria Beckham looked all serious as she headed to a meeting in London yesterday. Hopefully she got to mix business with pleasure, since it would be a shame if this fashionable mom had to spend her Mother's Day working the whole time. The boys were back home with David but we bet they did something sweet for their mum even if they weren't together. On the bright side, there was warm weather to be enjoyed so the sun is one less thing Posh has to miss while she's overseas.
Mandy Moore and her man Ryan Adams got a little touchy out around LA yesterday. Back in March we reported the rumor that Mandy and Ryan were an item, but haven't heard much about it since. Now, the couple (sure?) was spotted out shopping at a comic store and vintage guitar shop. Adams recently chronicled his hair-bleaching experience via his now defunct blog, but I'm not sure it's his greatest look. Maybe his adorable lady friend can help him fix those locks before their next adventure. It was a mini new mama convention in the front row of the Christian Dior Cruise 2009 Collection in NYC last night. Both J Lo and Christina Aguilera were all done up and out with their hubbies — though it looks like it may have tuckered Xtina out. Bringing some more bright colors into the mix were Charlize Theron and Leighton Meester. Speaking of Blair Waldorf, how dramatic was Gossip Girl last night? It all seemed a bit too tidy with Serena's big secret, but that's why we love our teen dramas. Leighton is clearly playing with the big fashion names these days, but we expect nothing less from our GG darlings.
Many of our favorite NBC stars both current and future came out at NYC's Rockefeller Center last night for the NBC Universal Experience party. Ah, can't wait to have all these friendly faces back on the small screen — too bad it's not until the fall. John Krasinski was sporting an ill-advised beard while thankfully Zachary Levi got rid of his. Friday Night Lights' Minka Kelly looked adorable as always while next season's new Kath and Kim's Selma Blair showed off her always impeccable fashion sense. Jimmy Fallon, our official Conan replacement flashed a peace sign making his way down the red carpet. Kate Moss took advantage of the warm weather in London this weekend by throwing on a sassy little sundress. The Rimmel model was rumored to be replaced but the company issued a statement confirming that Kate remains the face of their cosmetic line. She may get some company as the brand goes global but Kate's got no reason to sweat the rumors. She looks to have gotten some alone time on Mother's Day, but hopefully her man Jamie and little Lila Grace found plenty of ways to show their appreciation for the supermodel mama.
Pete and Ashlee's weekend in LA looked like nothing out of the ordinary — hoodies, dog walking, a trip to the studio — but big things are afoot with the happy couple. Wedding planning mania. Apparently the save the dates for their upcoming nuptials are out and the big day is this weekend on May 17! The rehearsal dinner will take place on Friday with all the guests being shuttled to the unknown ceremony location in the LA area on Saturday. Sounds a little like a rush to the altar for this maybe expecting couple? Maybe maid of honor Jess will spill some of the details? Congrats already to the happy couple — now if this is all true, I just hope we get a glimpse of Ashlee in her wedding gown this weekend.
