Kate Bosworth hopped from LA to NYC over the weekend, transitioning from California casual to Manhattan boho chic along the way. Unfortunately after seeing their cute reunion last week, James wasn't by Kate's side for the trip. Lucky for us, we'll be getting more than enough of cute Kate tonight at the Costume Institute Gala. She looked gorgeous last year, and we can't wait to see what she wears this evening as the guest of Chanel! Lucky girl.

Desperate Housewives Rundown Episode 13, "Opening Doors" This week's episode of Desperate Housewives had some funny things (Edie, referring to Orson: "It would be like having sex with PBS.") and some sad, ominous things (that quiet exchange between Katherine and Wayne, yikes) but best of all, we have Bad Kayla back in action.
With the likes of Cameron Diaz and Jessica Simpson by his side, Diddy threw quite the party in LA on Friday night to celebrate his new star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The lovely ladies were happy to pose with the man of the evening among other guests like Jamie Foxx, Denzel Washington, Zach Braff, Lukas Haas, Donald Faison, and all the Entourage boys. It sounds like Diddy's all ready to go Hollywood and with names like those in his address book willing to come party, he's already off to a great start.
OMG, right? Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds are engaged! Her rep has confirmed the story to People, but that's all the detail we have for now. The couple have been dating for a little over a year, and while there have been rumors that an engagement was pending, this is still pretty surprising. Congrats to the happy couple — we can't wait to hear more about it! We wonder if she'll be showing off some new bling at tonight's Costume Institute Gala?!

The Stefani-Rossdale trio took a break from their typical day trip outings to stay suburban over the weekend. On Saturday Gwen took her little man for a visit to her parents' house where she made a quick costume change into something more springy. On Sunday it was Kingston who caught our attention after a trip to Hamburger Hamlet with his hilarious medieval outfit. Guess style icons in training have to take a few fashion risks (even if they are a miss).
