In fact, Sienna is already thinking beyond her wedding day to babies! When asked about having kids of her own at her sister's baby shower, Sienna said, "I really want bubbies — I always have. I mean, I'm 27 and you have to think about these things, don't you? And Sav (sister Savannah) proves you can work and be a mum. It still scares me, though." Sienna loves a good party and she's still young, but we'd love to see how this stylish star would dress with a growing baby bump.
