This week was all about hot couples. From Hilary and Mike's shopping trips in NYC to Orlando and Miranda's day at the races and Nicole and Joel's LA strolls, it seems like everyone was loved up this week. Did you pay attention to everything that went down?
Cameron Diaz looked amazing in her Zac Posen dress at last night's What Happens in Vegas LA premiere, stepping out for the first time since her father's unexpected death two weeks ago. She's been understandably laying low and letting Ashton do the red carpet events, but we're so happy to see her back by his side with that trademark smile on her face. Their costar Lake Bell was out as well, cozying up for the cameras to her former big screen partner Eva Longoria. When Cam missed a press junket over the weekend she sent a heartfelt hand written note to the media saying that she hopes they had a good laugh in her absence. We hope that she had that much needed laugh last night watching her movie surrounded by costars and fans who love her so much.
We have nothing but love for Madonna, but she was looking a little over the top (even for her) in her fur and layers of gold chains as she headed to tape 106 & Park in NYC yesterday. Maybe she was a bit hung over while she was getting dressed since she admitted to Ryan Seacrest that she and Justin Timberlake partied after their mini-concert Wednesday night. Madonna said, "[We] decided we both work too hard and have to have fun. I had a shot of tequila ... I may have had a lemon drop, too … We 'tied one on' as they say." We all know that Madonna is one of Hollywood's hardest workers, whether it is her family, her career or her rigorous fitness and diet regime, so we're relieved that she still knows how to cut loose every now and then.
We were starting to miss seeing super cute couple Kate Bosworth and James Rousseau when she was off promoting 21 by herself last month, but now they're reunited and looking as happy as ever! They landed at LAX yesterday after spending more time in Sydney, and looked very glad to be back stateside. Kate hasn't started filming her next movie After.Life yet, so hopefully she and James will have plenty of time to catch up and enjoy each other for a while.
It looks like Deacon had a lot to say about his day when Ryan Phillippe came to pick him up at school Wednesday. The little guy was also spreading his favorite message — world peace — through his adorable t-shirt choice. Ryan looked calm giving us a good look at that giant newish arm tattoo he got to go along with those muscles. With the weather heating up and Summer vacation on its way, is it too much to ask for these boys to switch from fun in the snow to fun on the beach? Too cute.
Rihanna bundled up for her appearance on The Late Show and looked perfectly chic while waving to her New York fans. She kept things simple in all black but mixed patterns and textures to create a unique look.
