Enough with business casual, the LA premiere of Iron Man was business hot. Gwyneth Paltrow ditched her short skirts for a smokin' vest/pants combo while her costar Robert Downey Jr. suited up. Even Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor looked ready for a board meeting of beautiful people. One of our favorites, Emmanuelle Chriqui looked gorgeous in white and even Vince Vaughn cleaned up for his buddy Jon Favreau's directorial event. The first reviews of the movie are very positive and the anticipation has been spectacular. Get your best suit ready, because there are only a few days left until Iron Man is everywhere!
Nicole Richie showed off more of her breezy Spring style on her way into driving school yet again yesterday afternoon. She's going to be quite the good (sober) driver when she's done with all her post DUI classes ... you know, hopefully. Now that she's carting around some extra precious cargo, she's got a great reason to be more careful than ever behind the wheel.
Ashlee and Pete have been raking in the publicity these past few weeks, and now the newly engaged pair have been named one of People's Most Beautiful Couples of the Year. It's a pretty awesome title if you consider the competition, and the rockin' twosome were more than happy to gush about each other in an interview for the big issue. On their instant attraction: Ashlee Simpson: "The first day that we met we were attracted to each other." Pete Wentz: "We were dating other people [but] we were actually good. Neither one of us did anything." AS: "Yeah, we were good." PW: "I was into everything about her." AS: "He's a cutie, of course, and he has an awesome personality and kind of brings out the best of me, and I knew that even before we were dating. There was just like an awesome connection we had."

Lauren Conrad stepped out to lunch in her cute summery dress, but instead of her usual girl friend by her side the Hills star was with a male companion. Apparently LC's new boy is a minor league baseball player named Doug Reinhardt, and his sister Casey was even on a few episodes of Laguna Beach. Guess this means her date with Stephen on last week's episode didn't ignite any old sparks, but we're excited to see Lauren have some romance of her own later on in the season.
24 to Head to Africa After All for Prequel Even without the writers' strike, the seventh season of Fox's 24 might have been in trouble. The show had some fairly legendary production problems that caused the writers to scrap one entire plotline that would have sent Jack to Africa.
