Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz ended their week of dodging pregnancy questions and posing in NYC and brought their publicity show to LA this weekend. They looked happy and in love, keeping their little is she or isn't she secret to themselves a little longer. On Friday, Ash said that only time will tell when it comes to the maybe baby. I'm just wondering if this is bugging people (myself included) so much that they won't be excited to talk about it — or buy her other baby, Bittersweet World, which hits stores tomorrow — if there is a mini Pete/Ashlee coming our way.

Javier Bardem's heart is just as big as his smile. The Oscar winning actor was in Algeria over the weekend for the Sahara Film Festival and took some time out to visit a refugee camp in the area. It's the second year he and his brother Carlos made the trip to visit the festival to help support the cause and hopefully raise awareness about the area. Whether or not the rumors of an impending walk down the aisle with Penelope are true, Javier's definitely a keeper. Love him.

It looks like Jamie Lynn Spears' days of hiding her baby bump under baggy clothes are over. The very pregnant future mom was out doing some shopping in Mississippi over the weekend. We're happy that the littlest Spears is staying away from the Hollywood spotlight for now but we'd love to see the new baby rolling around LA with Sean Preston and Jayden James someday. While we wait for the next family reunion and she's on her break from showbiz, Jamie Lynn can still support her big sister's TV aspirations by watching her return to How I Met Your Mother.

Kate Hudson got a break from the set of Bride Wars to indulge in a little birthday bliss down in Miami over the weekend. She turned 29 on Saturday (happy belated!) celebrating at lunch with Owen Wilson and his parents at Lario's on South Beach before meeting up with some friends to continue the party at Ago and Skybar that night. The birthday girl also relaxed poolside and cuddled up with her man in their swimsuits on Sunday. All in all, it sounds like Kate had everything she needed to kick off her last year as a 20-something in style.
