Neil Patrick Harris and Kal Penn stopped by TRL yesterday to help get us all even more excited for this weekend's release of Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay — um, yay! While NPH is all about playing a caricature of himself in the Harold and Kumar movies, last night he was part of a shocking(ish?) hook up on How I Met Your Mother. It was awesome, and hey, Robin Sparkles' new video can do that to you. While HIMYM keeps getting better and better — maybe with more Brit — this weekend's movie will hopefully be as hilarious as its predecessor.

Jennifer Aniston was back to work on Marley and Me yesterday, but it doesn't look like she was having quite as much fun as she did with Owen or lounging in her bikini over the weekend. Can't blame her — the airport is no match for the sunny beach setting she's gotten used to over the past couple of months. Jen has plenty of other projects lined up once filming is over with, but we wouldn't be surprised if she's developed a soft spot for Miami when she's back at the airport to leave for good.

Unfortunately Mike's Islanders didn't make it to the NHL playoffs this year, but that just means more off time to spend with Hil, right? Britney Spears put in treadmill time at Bally's again yesterday. While we're still not sure how hard she could be working out with the sunglasses on, it probably helps her chances of becoming the gym's spokeswoman. Hopefully that job prospect is looking up, because it seems everyone jumped the gun a little about Brit making another appearance on How I Met Your Mother. The interest from the network is still there, but there's no script and nothing has been set in stone just yet. Luckily, however, Sarah Chalke has signed on for another episode, which can only increase Britney's chances of reprising her role as the obsessive receptionist.

The clubs aren't the only part of LA that Paris has been missing while gallivanting overseas — yesterday she stopped off to pick up some coffee table books, all the magazines she missed and, naturally, head right to the tanning salon. Gotta re-orange ASAP! I can't imagine Nicole would be too into Paris' supposed double wedding idea, but maybe she should focus on one publicity project on a time. It's almost time for her to start finding that new BFF of hers! Who's excited?
