Lindsay was unsurprisingly swarmed by fans and paparazzi while grabbing a little lunch at her not-so-secret lunch spot Joan's on Third yesterday. Unfazed by the crowd, LL went about her business talking on the phone while being escorted out by the police. The public seems to have her routine of restaurants/clubs/salon trips down cold, but luckily she had her bodyguard Samantha Ronson right by her side to make sure she stays out of trouble. While Lindsay's all about her Samantha time these days, Michael Lohan is keeping his name in the press talking about how she should be living her life — no wonder there are rumors that she's once again not speaking to him.

After a long week of trips to the gym with Gwyneth, Madonna took her three kids — Lourdes, Rocco and little David — out to dinner at San Lorenzo in London last night. It comes along with news that the final hearing before Madonna gets to formally adopt David has been postponed another month until mid May. After all the waiting, another month can't feel like too much and it's not like Madonna won't be busy busy busy before then — Hard Candy drops in less than two weeks on April 29! We definitely can't wait to get our hands on it, and to celebrate the release Madonna is playing a show at NYC's Roseland Ballroom the following night. That sounds so fun!

Wait a minute, does Britney Spears' hair look...good? Her controversial locks have certainly been better over the past few weeks, but the 'do looked pretty decent leaving the salon and then on her way into the studio again last night. She didn't flash any smiles and I can't say I blame her for being just a little bit grumpy. Yesterday the commissioner dealing with all her court cases ordered that she pay around $400,000 to all the lawyers working for her and her family. She's not hurting for cash — and we've heard all about all her supposed new business deals — but I can't imagine all those bills are awesome news.

Straight-faced was the word — other than Ashlee Simpson (best PR week EVER!) — at last night's Conde Nast Traveler 8th Annual Hot List party in NYC. Pete wasn't by her side, but of course Ash wore a loose LBD for the soirée, wouldn't want to stop the chatter after all. Cutie Damien Fahey and a stern Milo Ventimiglia were also solo for the red carpet while Adrien Brody (love him) had his hot little girlfriend Elsa Pataky cozied up next to him. Ashlee isn't ready to put the story to rest publicly admit the pregnancy (or not, whatever), but she's certainly not shy with that new ring of hers.

One of our favorite celebrity babies, Suri Cruise, will be blowing out the candles for her second birthday today! We hope we get to see inside this fabulous little toddler's birthday party, but the best we can do for now are these photos of Katie getting ready for the event by picking up a few DVDs. Perhaps Suri loves a good movie? We all know what a gracious hostess this little one is already, so hopefully we'll get a few more fun details about turning the big 2 in style.

Brooklyn's not the only Beckham to celebrate a birthday at Pink Taco this year — Victoria gathered up her boys for a trip to the Mexican restaurant yesterday on her 34th. The birthday girl was in an adorable little party dress after her night out with her celebrity friends for dinner and Elton John hosted British GQ cocktail party. It's always a treat to see this whole family out together and hopefully they won't be headed back to the UK anytime soon. Even in LA, they're the most fabulous party of five around.
