Britney Spears got mobbed leaving the recording studio last night after her workout at Bally's. We were wondering why she chose there, as opposed to a more luxury gym, and it turns out it may be another new project. Jamie and Larry have apparently been working on getting Britney a deal as a spokeswoman for Bally's Total Fitness. While nothing has been signed, Brit's been working with trainers and nutritionists at the club every day. Brit still has a ways to go before she has her incredible body back, but if anyone has the discipline, it's Miss 1000 crunches a day.
Jude Law showed off his trusty MacBook and newly cropped haircut heading out of Sadie Frost's house in London today. In the past we've struggled with our feelings about Jude, especially after he treated his ex-wife poorly and cheated on Sienna with the nanny. Lately, however, he's been keeping his name out of the press and doing good things like finishing Heath's movie and spending time with his kids. Fab Flash: Ginnifer Goodwin Honored by MaxMara, Future Face of Gap
Fashion has officially welcomed Ginnifer Goodwin. She sat front row at Valentino in February, attended a showing of a Prada film in March, and now MaxMara has chosen to name her their "Women in Film Face of the Future" award — an award that went to Emily Blunt last year. And Ginnifer is also said to be one of Gap's Fall ad campaign faces.
Matthew McConaughey got a little last-minute hair touchup (I know it's standard procedure, still hilarious) on the set of The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past in Boston last night. Seriously, celebrity party in Beantown, holla! MM's actually been looking pretty good these days with the well-coiffed hair and shirt-wearing. We haven't seen Camila in a while, but their little traveling baby can't be too far away. I can't wait to see the little beach bum in the making.
Paris Hilton waved goodbye to her hotel in London, looking like a billboard for the United Kingdom, but we guess that's better than dressing as a walking advertisement for herself. While she continues to smile and live it up overseas, things aren't going so smoothly with her reality TV show back in the states. Apparently the idea of being Paris's BFF isn't as appealing as the heiress had hoped, and the audition turnouts have been a bit lackluster. Naturally, Paris is already trying to save face, but we'll just have to wait and see what happens when the show finally hits the small screen.
TV Tonight: The Office
As good as it was to see The Office crew on TV last week, I did wish that the first episode back had been set in, well, the actual office. Luckily, it seems that I'll be getting my fix this week with a Dunder-Mifflin-centric episode.
Ryan Phillippe kept concentration on his iPhone rather than the paparazzi around him arriving at LAX last night. The man loves his political shirts and this time he had on his peace in Africa t-shirt with a little less homemade look than he sometimes rocks. There's a lot of fun to be had on his fancy little gadget and after a week out of LA, seems like the perfect place to store photos of his adorable kiddies while he's away.
Rihanna bundled up for her appearance on The Late Show and looked perfectly chic while waving to her New York fans. She kept things simple in all black but mixed patterns and textures to create a unique look.
