George and Renee jumped across the English Channel and popped up in Rome today for yet another photocall for Leatherheads. Their promotional tour endurance is admirable, especially since Renee still slipped on a LBD and a pair of Loubs while George kept it super casual. Even if he's starting to feel a little tired, George was still joking it up on GMTV in London this morning, talking about the movie and his Oscar. He said, "I keep it back over a fireplace in my house. When my friends come over, I make them pick it up and we take photographs of them giving an acceptance speech." Hopefully when his trip is all over with, George can go back home to his trophy and take a long nap.

Reese Witherspoon stopped off for groceries yesterday and her adorable blonde counterpart came along for the ride. Ava is every bit the mini-me, but she's definitely not a little kid anymore. Maybe Reese picked up a few goodies to host a little American Idol party tonight in honor of her appearance on Idol Gives Back. We can already think of a celebrity couple who might want to join Reese, Jake, and the kids on the couch tonight.

Kate Bosworth took her daytime to nighttime nonstop fun all the way to London. Yesterday she enjoyed an evening on the town — get her cute look for less here — with friends, but she didn't look too worse for the wear leaving her hotel this morning. Good work, no one wants a mid-week vacation hangover. Kate seems to be enjoying her 21 promotional stint (and it can't hurt to have the No. 1 movie two weeks in a row), but I'm starting to wonder what happened to her boyfriend James? We haven't seen him by her side since early March, but judging from her constant smiles I'm not going to worry too much about there being trouble in that paradise.

Jessica may have been all about blue yesterday but soon we'll be seeing lots of pink when her daughter is born this June. The mom-to-be has been named one of the best dressed celebrities according to Glamour UK and thanks to Fab we can dress just like Alba now! Jessica isn't letting her pregnancy get in the way of looking cute or running errands. She was spotted leaving a rug store — perhaps finishing up final details for the nursery.

Another day, another round of shopping for Lindsay Lohan. She's really bringing the fedora back with a vengeance. Yesterday, the starlet swung by a jewelry store in LA while everyone else was talking about the pending lawsuit from her former bodyguard. Nothing says stress release like blowing your savings on diamonds and a growing bag collection, right?
