Britney Spears examined her slimmed down and toned up body while enjoying her favorite vice outside her house yesterday afternoon. Brit's been hard at work improving her life and last night she was inspired to change the lives of others too. Apparently, while watching Idol Gives Back she was so saddened by the stories of kids dying of Malaria in Africa that she called and donated $25,000 of her own money (with permission from Jamie). If all goes well, maybe next year at this time she'll be one of the performers on the stage helping to ask for donations from viewers like her.

Fool's Gold came and went pretty quickly stateside back in February, but Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey were reunited once again for a premiere in London today. Kate was gorgeous from the neck up, but a little lost in that fabric from her crazy green mermaid dress. Luckily we can count on MM to serve as simple eye candy — even if he looks a little wax-figurish. Though we didn't exactly love the film, we always love the opportunity to see these two beautiful people getting playful on the red, or more appropriately for a beach movie, blue carpet.

Lauren Conrad headed to work at People's Revolution in LA on Tuesday but it's not her only new gig she has going on these days. LC's busy with The Hills, school and her fashion line, and now she's adding sport journalist to her resume. She'll be following the Anaheim Ducks through NHL playoff season, and blogging about it every step of the way. Unfortunately there's one person who may not want to hear more from Lauren — supposedly Audrina Patridge doesn't trust her roommate and locks her bedroom when she leaves the house. Seems a bit strange, especially since if Lauren went snooping through Audrina's room, it's pretty likely that we'd all see the proof on The Hills a few weeks later.

Adrian Grenier was sporting his favorite beard and shaggy hair look ducking out of The Green Door in LA last night after a secret Prince performance. Our resident philosopher looked to be in good spirits, maybe because of the lucky lady sitting next to him. His on screen counterpart, Vinnie Chase, would also never leave a party without a pretty girl but sadly it's going to be a long time before we get to catch up with those LA boys. As a result of the writers' strike, HBO is postponing all of the new seasons of their shows, meaning Entourage won't be back until the fall. Boo to that.

Fergie did some last-minute cardio in her neighborhood before getting fancy for the ASCAP awards in Hollywood last night. Justin Timberlake wasn't the only one who had his hands full at the end of the show — Fergie tied Gwen Stefani in the Song of the Year Category, and snagged an award for "Big Girls Don't Cry." It seems like this lady is everywhere these days, and last night she even managed to be in two places at once. Besides hitting up the awards show, she was also doing one handed cartwheels on stage when Idol Gives Back aired last night.

Mischa Barton officially accepted her plea deal today and to celebrate she went out for a nice little photo op afternoon on the beach yesterday. In typical Mischa photoshoot fashion, she looked wholesome and clean while doing wholesome and clean things like playing in the waves and reading a book. I mean, hey, she gets a lot of unnecessary flack about her body so more power to her. So what do you think — do you buy it or is there something laughable about this whole scene?
