Now that the weekend is over, we've got another new episode of How I Met Your Mother to look forward to tonight. Even if you're not a HIMYM fan (you should be!), there's some fabulous NPH coming our way — Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay is coming out in just a few weeks! Fingers crossed his cameo in this one will live up to the first time.

George Clooney was the man of the hour in London tonight and had plenty of ladies at his disposal at the Harper's Bazaar dinner in his honor. Editor Lucy Yeomans played host, while Elle Macpherson, Jemima Khan, and Thandie Newton (or should we say Condoleeza Rice?) were just a few of the lucky women who rubbed elbows with Mr. Clooney. George was gracious enough to let a couple of other guys sneak past the door, and had a little reunion with his buddy Matt Damon. Sarah Larson was noticeably absent from her man's side, but we all know that he's still defending her honor between all the dinner parties.

If that smile is any indication, Ashlee Simpson is loving being a redhead these days. The starlet was spotted with Pete at Eva Longoria's restaurant, Beso, this weekend. He may not actually be launching his own guyliner collection, but he always looks so tame without his trademark black makeup. Between her album coming out at the end of April and his Nordstrom collection hitting stores this month too, they're turning into quite the little power couple. Unfortunately, Ashlee's Bittersweet World is up against some steep competition with Mariah's album dropping the same week, but at least she's got Pete there to keep a smile on her face.

With all the drama in her real life and on The Hills, even Lauren Conrad just has to take it easy for a weekend once in a while. After hitting up Blockbuster and the grocery store on Saturday, she took her puppy Chloe out for a walk on Sunday. She's getting so big already. Rolling in comfy t-shirts is a slightly different look than her red-carpet style, but sometimes a California girl just needs to relax.

Ben Affleck bundled up and put on a serious face as he left his hotel in NYC yesterday. With Ben busy filming State of Play in Washington DC and Jen hard at work in Massachusetts it's been a long time since we've seen the whole Garner-Affleck family together. If we're lucky Ben and Jen met half way in the middle this weekend and we'll finally get a Violet Affleck sighting in her favorite stomping grounds.
