Kate Moss and her daughter Lila Grace arrived with their entourage, including Kate's hairstylist pal James Brown, at LAX on Saturday after a delayed takeoff from the UK. Despite the travel chaos, Kate still managed to look fresh-faced when they touched down. How does she do it? Before they took off the girls went shopping and never one to take it easy, Kate was already out in LA on Sunday afternoon for lunch at Taverna Tony's in Malibu. It's a little strange to see the newly-engaged Kate out of her normal European element, but she can probably have a blast no matter where she is.
Cameron Diaz for GQ — yowza! Need I say more? The actress looks smoking hot in the newest issue of the magazine's UK edition, where she no doubt delights all her many male fans by talking about her life as a single woman. She said:
On boys: "I like boys — a lot. I'm boy crazy. That hasn't changed since I was very young."
On dating: "I do get asked out. It's fun . . . I'm a lot of woman — in a lot of ways. And I understand that can be intimidating."
On commitment: "When I'm in a relationship I'm very loyal and committed. I give a lot . . . But it's been nice not having a boyfriend for the past year. In fact it's the first time I haven't had one in ten years and I'm enjoying what I'm getting out of this moment . . . I could be in a relationship if I wanted to be but I haven't finished doing what I'm doing."
She's obviously still got it, and more power to her for settling down when she's good and ready. I'm sure there will be a million takers when she decides to give long-term relationships another go.
Steve Martin and Diane Keaton May Reunite for Comedy There are some cinematic couplings that are so full of cuteness that I get giddy at the thought of them reuniting. Steve Martin and Diane Keaton are one such couple, having totally endeared themselves to me in Father of the Bride (I just pretend that little sequel doesn't exist).
Reese Witherspoon took a break from hanging out with her own adorable kids to spend some time at a school in New Orleans as part of Idol Gives Back. She read stories, chatted, and posed for photos with the happy kids as part of the special charity episode of American Idol. The episode airs April 9 and will feature other celebs like Bono and Brad Pitt. Last year the event raked in $60 million, and we can't wait to see if Reese and everyone else can do an even better job this year.
Jamie Lynn Spears did some shopping at Babies R Us last week, proudly wearing a t-shirt that said "The Rumors are True" and showing off her shiny new engagement ring. She's been pretty upfront about the details of her pregnancy right from the start, but somehow it still feels a bit strange to see her growing baby bump.
