A lucky (and apparently wealthy) woman in Japan had the winning bid of $52,100 in a charity auction to benefit Oxfam and gets to go to the big NY premiere of the movie and face time with Kristen Davis. While most of us will still be sticking to the multiplex, catching up with the girls will be fun even with popcorn as a date.

Paris Hilton may have left Africa, but it looks like she still had safari on her mind in her leopard hat yesterday. At least she's finally taking a break from her DCMA-intensive wardrobe. She was already on her way out of Germany and on to Istanbul where Paris will be judging the Miss Turkey 2008 beauty pageant. Paris already has pageant experience after judging the Miss Universe Japan contest with Nicky last November, so she'll feel right at home on the panel in Turkey.

We've been needing a little more McDreamy in our lives, but we've still got another four weeks to go before Grey's Anatomy returns on April 24th. Luckily, we'll be getting a very special bonus — Patrick's Made of Honor hits the theaters May 2nd. So even if we don't get the Derek and Meredith reconciliation most of us are hoping for, we've got a light romantic comedy to help ease the pain.
