While everyone is buzzing about the Beckham family maybe heading back to the UK, the boys showed off their LA pride in head to toe Lakers gear over the weekend. Maybe mom Posh wanted to use her Saturday afternoon shopping venture and trip to gymnastics class to quiet the whispers about being unhappy stateside — plus, they look pretty seriously cute all decked out. Looks like Victoria has to get used to not being the only fashion plate in the family.

It was a busy weekend for Lindsay who kicked things off by taking over hosting duties for Britney at the Scandinavian Style Mansion on Friday night. LL also partied on Saturday after running around town in her favorite leggings. It seems like the pre-rehab Lindsay is back, popping up everywhere, day and night, but the starlet insists she's all better since leaving Cirque. She even spoke out about having her family to thank for keeping her on track. She said, "My family has always been important to me, and they've always supported me. I'm blessed to have a really wonderful family."

A glowing Nicole Richie was joined by ex-BFF/possible future sister-in-law, Paris Hilton on Friday night to help their significant others, Joel and Benji Madden celebrate the opening of their new DCMA store. Nicole has said she's not loving her new bodacious body but we think she looks stunning and healthy. Paris continued to talk about how serious things are with Benji, including joining him on their international tour next week — wow that was fast! We, however, were more interested in what Nicole had to say about baby Harlow. On how she spent her Friday night Nicole said, "My mom's with her. It's fun, but it's bittersweet because I don't like to leave her. And I always wonder, 'What is she doing?' I've checked in twice so far – and I've only been gone an hour! But this is my adult night so I'm excited to see what the night brings."

Britney Spears and Mel Gibson are both very experienced in dealing with the low points of fame, which I'm sure gave them lots to talk about during a Saturday night dinner together at Romanov Restaurant. Um, what? The odd duo apparently became friends when Mel and his wife reached out to Brit. While Mel's got his very public issues, he could still be better company than her friend Sam, who's thankfully not coming back into her life anytime soon as the restraining order against him was just extended. Sam's not the only person getting a Britney-related slap on the wrist — at least 13 employees at UCLA were fired for looking at her medical records when she was at the psych ward there. Otherwise, Brit still wasn't making any headlines for bad behavior — yay — just sticking with her questionable taste in fashion and thrifty shopping with a trip to Forever 21.

Brad Pitt took a break from filming in Texas to join Bill Clinton in New Orleans on Sunday. The two met up with hundreds of volunteers in the Lower 9th Ward to begin building homes for Katrina victims as part of Brad's Make It Right program. The volunteers were rewarded with autographs, pictures and one lucky lady even got to dance with sexy Brad. On getting started on the new homes, he said, "We hope to see a huge change here in the next six months."
