It was another very special day for Paris Hilton and her newly 29-year-old boyfriend Benji Madden who sauntered into their sushi lunch hand in hand yesterday. His birthday night was spent at Nicky's fashion show, before stopping by a party Nicole was throwing the other twin, Joel, and then off to the fashion after party. Busy, busy. The elder Hilton girl isn't going to let baby sis have the spotlight for too long, however, as Paris has a press conference with MTV at her house scheduled for this afternoon. Sounds like it's time for us to get ready for the official announcement and subsequent onslaught of her reality show about finding a new best friend?
Angelina had a fun day in Texas with Zahara and Maddox and a couple of scooters. Z was extra careful with a pink helmet while bad ass Maddox went without the extra protection. The family is in town while Brad films Tree of Life. Pregnant Jolie is looking beautiful and bodacious in her girlie blue dress. It's very similar to the pink one she wore at the airport with Maddox last week. Hmm, a little pink and blue — could this be her way of confirming those twin rumors and telling us they'll have one of each? Or you know, maybe she just really liked the dress and wanted it in multiple colors.
Watch out Vegas, some of the world's most famous card counters (at least they play it in the movies!) hit sin city last night. Kate Bosworth the fashionista did not disappoint with her daring outfit, which she managed to pull off, premiering 21 with her costars. While her boyfriend wasn't by her side, she looks pretty cozy with cutie up-and-comer Jim Sturgess and Kevin Spacey. The ensemble cast is set to be honored at ShoWest tonight so we'll be seeing more of all these fresh and fabulous faces — guess they're not the only ones being dealt the lucky 21 this week (sorry, cheesy).
You know what they say about couples that work out together ... Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon were looking gym ready and hyper healthy on their way to the farmers' market (naturally, groan) in LA yesterday. Unfortunately it looks like Jake had an aircast to go with that large coffee. Good thing he's got a great woman to help nurse him back to health. Hopefully Wednesday afternoon in the sun picking up produce held their attention better than Broadway, but the cozy cuddly walk together makes me think that must be the case.
Owen Wilson, Eric Dane and the adorable movie puppy were back on the set of Marley and Me in Miami yesterday. It's been a lot of fun for the stars both on and off the set so far, but apparently Owen Wilson had an unpleasant experience at the Shore Club last Friday. He was told there wouldn't be any media at the party, and when he got there he found out that wasn't the truth and apparently, went nuts on a photographer. It's hard to imagine laid back Owen creating such a scene, but after all he's been through with the media last year, we can't say we blame him for wanting some privacy these days.
