Demi Moore is the perfect spokeswoman for her new movie Flawless because, well, that's how she always looks. Whether by nature or nurture, Demi achieves it yet again for the cover of Harper's Bazaar. Inside she poses with her three girls, who are quickly becoming starlets of their own (looking at you, Rumer). In the article she talks about her unusual family dynamic and what it means to be a role model. Ashton chimes in, too. Here are highlights:

- On why women look up to her: I have tried to approach my life with a desire to face my own fears and insecurities, you know, to blast through my limitations and then take what I have learned and find ways to share that with others. Sharing is the greatest gift we can give ourselves, and, believe me, whatever I may have done so far, I have barely scratched the surface of what I am capable of doing.
- On Ashton and her girls: He initiated the discussion. He jumped in and said, "I want you to know that I don't take coming into children's lives lightly." That was within the first couple of weeks of our relationship, before he had met the girls. They are my priority, and I've always been sensitive to their feelings, but as the parent you can't allow your children to dictate what's right for you.
- On the dynamic with Bruce: Look, I'm the product of divorced parents, and my brother and I were the pawns in my parents' game. I never wanted that for my kids. At that time, I could not have seen what a gift that situation was, but without that experience, I would not have known there was a different choice to make in my own divorce . . . You know, I didn't get married and have children so I could get a divorce, get remarried, and get along with my ex-husband. But since that is what happened, I am grateful it turned out this way.
- Ashton on Bruce: He's a great guy. Great guys make great friends. I just had to get over my ego, which was screaming, "This guy used to sleep with your woman," and I listened instead to the little voice inside that was whispering, "This guy loves and cares about your woman." Once I did that, it was a cakewalk.
Man, that makes me love Ashton. I have to say that I'm always impressed seeing how genuinely amazing the whole situation seems for everyone involved (and the incredible amount of maturity on all parts). Not too many people can work that out.
After taking Harlow for a stroll on Monday, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden had a little private time together yesterday in LA. Harlow isn't the only woman Joel dotes on these days — he was quite the gentleman opening Nicole's car door for her. Fatherhood is also making Joel reconsider his band's lyrics, and he told MTV News that having Harlow has "definitely made me think about my fans a little more, because they're people's kids, so I care what they think. And I care what I'm saying to them, because I want people to think about what they're saying to my child." Who knew Joel would turn out to be such a family man?

Constant favorite and not nearly seen enough Rachel McAdams was spotted making her way out of Los Angeles at LAX last night. Never let it be said you can't spend time in the sunny California city, be a celebrity, and still live your life mostly free of paparazzi. Just saying. She was showing off a shorter darker do and, thankfully, a smile for the first time we've seen her since October. Speaking of not seeing enough McAdams it's been years since we've gotten her on the big screen but thankfully Married Life is coming up in '08 and we've got The Time Traveler's Wife to look forward to. She may not be making us gush and swoon to an embarrassing degree with Ryan anymore, but still — always — love her.

Confession: I love the Klum-Samuel family. Heidi was out with her two oldest kiddies Henry and Leni yesterday who, once again, were clearly allowed to dress themselves. No outright costumes this time, but obviously Heidi and Seal are all about the self expression. Heck, when your mom is maybe the biggest Supermodel in the world clearly some of that fashion expertise has to be passed down. The lucky kids spent their afternoon partying away at Pink Taco to help celebrate Brooklyn Cruz's birthday. Fun! Mom Heidi always puts a big old smile on my face, but TV Heidi is a favorite as well and tonight is an exciting one in the world of Auf Wiedersehens. It's the Season 4 Project Runway finale! Fab and Buzz have been sharing their favorite looks for the season, but who do you think is going to take home the win?

Paris and Benji Madden are pretty attached at the hip these days, so it's no surprise they made a big show of holding hands after grabbing lunch in Beverly Hills yesterday. A new boy isn't the only good thing that's happening for Paris — she landed another acting gig. She'll be making a guest appearance on My Name is Earl on April 3. The executive producer joked, "When we wrote the role of Paris Hilton in the script, we weren't exactly sure who to go with for the role... But after an exhausting search we finally settled on a relatively unknown actress by the name of Paris Hilton." Hmm, "relatively unknown," more like guaranteed headline news. Maybe playing herself will be better than her not so stellar performance in The Hottie and the Nottie.
