Britney Spears spent the weekend doing all these wonderful normal things like hitting the dance studio, eating sushi and hanging out with her mom. She also had a few doctors making a house call. Apparently there were two who came to do a routine check in with the pop star and all seems to be going well. It's all part of her court mandates and originally scheduled program on the road to recovery. Sorry if you're not a fan but we couldn't be more thrilled to report the boring Britney news — it's better than the scary sad ones we were getting so used to seeing.
Patrick Dempsey was back in the suit (Versace, I assume) unveiling the first Subaru turbodiesel motor in Madrid yesterday. Naturally, he looked McDreamy but I don't even need to say that I'd rather see him back in those scrubs filming Grey's Anatomy. Soon, soon, I know and there's going to be quite the reunion on set (and on screen). Kate Walsh confirmed that she will be returning to Seattle Grace for one episode this season to tie up those loose ends after she bolted for LA (and Private Practice). Addison was so great for a while there on Grey's and...seriously...as if we need an excuse to be even more impatient for the show's return.
Jessica Biel was still very blond on the set of Easy Virtue in England this week. Back in the states there were rumors that Justin Timberlake was getting very close to Kate Hudson. This isn't the first time we've heard about his wandering eye. So do you think Jessica should be worried her man is not being faithful?
Sarah Michelle Gellar posed pretty for her black and white spread in Gotham magazine. SMG looks flawless even if the photos aren't her most exciting shoot but at least she has plenty to say. On her many pairs of shoes: "Oh, God. Let's just say that when people look at my closet, I get the nod of shame. I love shoes. And I'm slightly vertically challenged. I need the height."
On whether or not she wants kids: "I can't help it—every day people ask me that question. I sometimes feel like I'm doing something wrong. But when the time is right, we will. I just turned 30. There's traveling I want to do. There's charity work I want to do. I'm learning to believe in myself more, and I'm realizing things that I'm capable of accomplishing. And when we do have children, my husband and I will have such a strong foundation because we've given our relationship time to grow.

While her former friend Heidi has been passing the time with photo-ops at Chanel, Lauren Conrad got back to work this week filming a scene for The Hills. LC had lunch with BFF Lo and their (totally adorable) new puggle Chloe. A dog will be an interesting addition to the show — after all, you can't just jet off to Paris when you have a puppy at home to take care of.
Kate Beckinsale was spotted leaving the hair salon in LA looking perfectly coiffed from head to toe. She wore a shirtdress over leggings, pairing it with Fiorentini + Baker buckle boots and a cozy scarf for a Fall-appropriate look.
