Gwyneth Paltrow was looking happy and healthy (thankfully) in Valencia, Spain filming her upcoming series about Spanish food with Mario Batali yesterday. Batali kept a few steps behind while his blonde counterpart enjoyed her flowers and stroll. Considering her duo of recent health issues/scares I wouldn't blame Gwyn for being wary about her food intake, but with Mario by her side I'm sure she was happy to chow away. I wonder if her adorable little Apple and Moses got to come along for the Spanish adventure this time.

In between promoting The Other Boleyn Girl all around the world, Natalie Portman found time to pose for another stunning photoshoot, this time for the April Marie Claire UK. With all Natalie's acting success it can be easy to forget she has a Harvard degree to go with that pretty face. When asked about it, she said, "I can be pretentious and talk about books for hours, but I’m not hyper-intellectual or anything. I mean, I like to read, but lots of people do. I’m not the hard, brainy girl at all. I’m really mushy. [Laughs.] I’m much more mush, I think, than anything else!" While Natalie should never be ashamed of being smart, it's nice to know she loves her soft side too. Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer were spotted leaving the set of Entourage in LA yesterday. So either they were just there to visit their friend Kevin Connolly at work, or — hopefully — we can expect a guest starring spot on the upcoming season of the HBO show. Aquaman vs. Spider-man showdown? I'm just happy that the Entourage boys are back on set. Yay for Summer TV.

Renee reportedly dropped over $3,000 in 15 minutes at Atrium in South Beach, including a coat for herself and a matching one as a birthday gift for a friend. Ms. Zellweger may have expensive taste, but we're glad to see that she's still keeping up her charitable streak.

Prior to stopping traffic with the signs on her skirt, Lindsay Lohan spent yesterday afternoon shopping for jewelry at XIV Karat in LA. At the Paper magazine luncheon Lindsay talked to ET about how "everybody should be who they are" and her plans to travel to Sierra Leone with malaria vaccinations, but before that there are parties to throw — of course. LL has stepped in to host next week's Scandinavian Mansion gala where Britney was originally scheduled to appear. Well, Linds has gotta pay the rent somehow, especially now that according to InTouch her roommate Courtenay Semmel is out because the starlet is way too messy. What better way than a party paycheck while she waits for those roles and album sale checks to start rolling in.
