The beautiful actress was seen in LA on Thursday heading to a salon but she didn't make it to the NAACP Awards even though she was nominated. Paris Hilton may have been getting close with her ex Simon Rex in LA last weekend, but Valentine's Day was all about Vegas and sisterhood. She and Nicky partied the night away at LAX to celebrate the new collection from Chick, just the night after Paris' own clothing party. The heiress is clearly enjoying her time in sin city, but all is not well back at her LA homestead. After telling the world that she has 17 dogs during her Monday interview on Ellen the local animal services people went to investigate. Too many doggies (not to mention her zoo of other animals)! Unfortunately, the house is under construction and no one is living there. I'm sure the pooch patrol will want to be in touch with her when she's back in town.
