Jessica Alba left the glam at the Oscars and made her way through LAX solo (except for her friendly videographer) last night. Jessica is one of those girls who always seems to be complaining about being awkward and unpopular as a kid, but somehow I'm still hard pressed to believe it. She recently contributed to a book of essays by female celebrities called If I'd Known Then about just that. In her piece Jessica talks about being labeled "a slut" by PTA moms when she had a big chest at a young age and how to deal with teenage guys. She says, "Boys are awful. They are made of nothing but hormones until they're about 20 or 21 . . . It's fun to have a crush, but don't think it's forever . . . And use birth control and condoms, please." No comment.

• After having a small operation on Tuesday, Naomi Campbell is "recovering very nicely" in a Brazilian hospital. Hopefully she is resting comfortably and gets well soon; we all know not to upset Naomi. — People

Tom and Katie meet Will and Jada out for a double date at their old favorite, The Cut, in LA last night. The Pinkett-Smiths kept it flirty in the car, while the Cruises looked a little too tired for kissy face. Maybe they're still recovering from Madonna's post-Oscars blowout bash. It's always fun to see celebrity BFFs hanging out together, but hopefully next time they'll invite their little ones too. BTW, where has Suri has been hiding out these days? We miss that girl.

Hayden Panettiere may be ready to move out of her parents' house, but she's not ready to go apartment hunting without mom by her side. The Heroes starlet went looking for some new digs in LA yesterday — she may only be 18, but she's got a job and a 30-year-old boyfriend so I can't blame her for wanting to move into her own place. As if her hit show isn't enough, I'm sure that Candie's gig is bringing her in a pretty penny too. Not to mention giving her boy Milo an eyeful.

Renée Zellweger went for sheer comfort before hopping on a plane yesterday in her sneakers and hoodie, but even those aviators couldn't keep her from getting recognized. Now that all the Oscar fun has come to an end, it's probably back to business for Renée. Hopefully she won't have to return to the frosty temperatures of Canada, because Ms. Zellweger doesn't look like she has a lot of meat on her bones to keep warm.

After being crowned an official Style Icon earlier this month at the Elle UK Style Awards, Kate Hudson is on the cover of the magazine's April issue. Hot stuff, right? Naturally, Elle UK asked about her thoughts on fashion, but Kate also opened up to them about the unusual relationship she shares with her ex-husband, Chris Robinson, and her desire to wear as little clothing as possible. • On her own personal style: "I love clothes! But I would never put something on just because it's high fashion. . . I like people to have personal style. . . I'm not into the trampy look. I like to mismatch. I like a look that is not too thought out!"
• On keeping in shape: "I've always been a dancer. I took ballet from the age of three to 13, then got into jazz dance. Now I have a dance instructor several times a week and I do Pilates."
• On showing off her figure: "I plan to wear as little as possible for as long as I can. . . I know I won't have this body forever, she says. and I would like to have another child some day."
