As expected, Lindsay Lohan was front and center at Milan Fashion Week today posing for all the cameras before taking her front-row place at the Dolce & Gabbana show while her girl Samantha Ronson DJed. Check out Fab and Fab UK's takes on all the runway looks. Sheryl Crow and Naomi Campbell kept it casual in their coveted seats. Fergie was also all gussied up in black for the big show, also stopping by to see the DSQUARED2 collection. Lohan looked pretty happy to be back in Italy taking in all the Fashion Week parties. Plus, we all know how much fun she had while there for New Year's — I wonder if a rendezvous with any of her many suitors is in order?
Do You Prefer Mischa Wholesome . . . Or Sexy? Mischa Barton has so many personalities these days. She's a real-life bad girl, recently getting slapped with a DUI; then a good girl taking it easy at the Sundance Film Festival with her mom. Now she's taken her double life to her recent Spring '08 ads.
Kate Hudson headed to Nobu in LA last night in yet another flowy dress. We hate to speculate, but Kate's new baggy wardrobe is starting to get very suspicious. She hasn't had a serious boyfriend since her days with Dax, but that doesn't rule out a surprise pregnancy. So, tell us — do you think Kate Hudson is pregnant?
Michelle Williams went for a stroll through Brooklyn yesterday with her mom and daughter. Matilda looked adorable all bundled in her puffy purple jacket and hat, while Michelle kept it simply chic in her peacoat. Soon the ladies will trek north to Boston so Michelle can get working on Shutter Island with Leo and Martin Scorsese. Heading to an even colder city isn't much of a vacation, but getting out of their house in Brooklyn for awhile might be just what Michelle and Matilda need. Maybe they can even schedule a play date with Jen and Violet while they're up there.
Last night American Idol was a step up from the night before, but there were still some stale performances. I'm thinking the four to go tonight are Garrett Haley and Jason Yeager for the men and Amy Davis and Kristy Lee Cook (although she is hot, so she may get enough votes to slip by). My favorites from last night include cute Brooke. She is so Tori Amos, but all sunshine and happiness, which is obviously something we love here. While Brooke was not the strongest performance last night, she was still a pleasure to watch.
Asia'h and Alexandrea were two who pleasantly surprised me, but it was adorable Ramiele and spicey Syesha that I enjoyed the most. Katy may have that Britney impression down cold, but we're hoping she steps it up next week since she may be in trouble from last night's performance. Carly got the sweet last spot and did well, but her cold held her back. Boo hoo. We're expecting more and it's on, so step it up ladies! For lots more of last night's show, click here and don't forget to vote on who you think will be gone after tonight.
Project Runway Rundown: Episode 12, "Reunion" What's not to love about last night's Project Runway reunion special? We got to see contestants like Marion and Simone again (can you even remember these two?), there were hilarious video recaps and outtakes, and best of all, we got to see the contestants' new haircuts (or, in Ricky's case, a new hat).
Beyonce Knowles stole the robe from her hair salon (seriously, doesn't it look like that?) and ran out to lunch with her man Jay-Z at Bar Pitti in NYC yesterday. Typically, they left the restaurant separately so as not to be photographed together. Perhaps their little lunch date was to celebrate Beyonce's next big job. Not only has she officially signed on to play the part of Etta James in the biopic Cadillac Records, but she's taking on the role of executive producer too. Etta herself weighed in on Beyonce taking the roll. She said, "It's a privilege and an honor to have somebody like that girl. I don't think she looks like me, but that's all right. They can fix that up . . . Oh my god, she's going to have a hill to climb, because Etta James ain't been no angel!" The vast majority of you had your doubts about Beyonce's ability to play a historic figure like James, but I guess now we'll just have to sit tight and see how it turns out.
Jenna Dewan walked down the street in Beverly Hills looking extremely chic and poised. Her structured white blazer framed her body perfectly, and paired well over her draped fringe Haute Hippie halter which she wore with denim leggings and over-the-knee brown boots.
