This time last year we were all in shock as Britney Spears famously shaved her head. She has been covering it up ever since with hats, wigs and bad extensions. The good news is the pop star is a little quieter these days since she left UCLA's hospital. Her dad is still in control until March 10th so hopefully Brit can continue to stay calm, dance with kids and shop like she did this weekend at Fred Segal and Betsey Johnson. She also stopped by Monique Lhuillier who was the designer who made her wedding dress however, we hope a third marriage isn't around the corner.
Patrick Dempsey was looking cool, casual, and chic grabbing a bite to eat in LA on Friday. We've been in serious need of more McDreamy since the writers' strike started, but now that it's over, we've got some good news: there will be lots more Patrick to feast your eyes on very soon. The fun starts next weekend, when he'll slip into his best tux to present at the Oscars on Sunday. Hopefully seeing his sexy face on stage will be enough to hold us over until we finally get more episodes of Grey's.
While we loved seeing the great photos of Natalie and Scarlett in the March issue of W, the opening line of the article seemed a little far-fetched. It says, "It's not easy to find a man whose celebrity crush list includes both Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson." We certainly don't think that's true and lots of men would love a moment with either girl, but it got us thinking that everyone has to prefer one of these very different and both beautiful girls. Fergie and Josh had a low key Valentine's Day with a romantic dinner at Inn of the Seventh Ray in LA on Thursday night, but maybe things got spicy when they got home for the night. Adrian Grenier was all about spreading the love on Valentine's Day — during his night out in LA he was carrying two presents for a lucky lady (wrapped romantically in brown paper) and even took a minute to pose with a fan. Adrian is not really one to shy away from the ladies, but we should be thankful that he didn't celebrate the holiday in the company of a certain blonde. Whoever received those gifts must still be able to see the hot guy lurking under all that hair, but until Adrian has a close encounter with some scissors or a razor I'll be pining for his more fresh-faced days.
It was a momentous Valentine's Day for Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves — their first together as a couple and last before the baby comes! Double the reason for a nice night on the town in Santa Monica wearing their matching leather coats. The couple wasn't beaming, but I'm sure they shared some sweet moments throughout the day. I can imagine with a baby on the way and a construction project in the works there's a lot to stress about, but now that Matthew's got his partner by his side all he's gotta do is keep on L-I-V-I-N.
