From magazine covers to morning talk shows, Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson are in the promotional game together showing off their new movie The Other Boleyn Girl. They stopped by The Today Show this morning in matching tights and bouncy hair to talk in a very subdued way about the film. Seriously, be a little more excited girls! In the interview the girls talk about the movie (obviously) as well as the book it's based on (it's not too late to join Buzz's book club) and how much they loved working together. Really though, I would have liked to see them having a little more fun? Maybe next interview.
It's a Gangsta's Paradise — Learn How to Cook With Coolio There's been a lot of interesting cooking segments on the internet. First there was Sam Mason's Dinner With the Band, and then there was the super surreal Christopher Walken cooking show. Now, straight from a gangsta's paradise, we have the self-proclaimed "Ghetto Gourmet" Coolio.
The first single from Mariah Carey's anticipated E=MC² album hit the airwaves on Florida radio station Wild 95.5 today, but it's maybe missing some of her signature sound. "Touch My Body" is an upbeat ballad but the lyrics are a little laughable. Example: "I'll hug your body tighter than my favorite jeans." What do you think of Mariah's new single — love it or leave it?
You know who loves the paparazzi? Adrian "Documentarian" Grenier does! Teasing aside, I have to appreciate his constantly smiley face, especially since he's put some effort into learning what's behind the celebrity photographer profession. I wonder if we'll ever get to see that film? The Entourage star was snapped out shopping in LA yesterday. What do you think — still hugable or looking kinda gross these days?
Hilary Duff steered clear of all the Grammy madness in LA this weekend, instead just taking it easy with her sister. Somehow Hilary always seems to wear things that would look trashy on anyone else, but seem to work okay on the starlet. With all the traveling around the world showing off her perfume and performing, I can't blame Hilary for wanting to skip out on a red carpet or ten. Maybe she'll even find some time to get back in the front row at the rink to watch her boy play.
Celebrity Style: Kate Hudson Every now and again an all-black outfit appears that rouses the senses more than a colorful one does. Kate Hudson had that effect on me in her black dress with thumb holes, double-breasted blazer, tights, and black pumps. Her blonde hair and hoop earrings are the perfect contrast to her look.
Keri, River, and Shane hit the streets of LA this weekend in their sunglasses and matching gray tops. Of course River wins cutest for totally rocking his mini-hoodie as he enjoyed the view from his Baby Bjorn. This trip to LA will be a very special one for the laid-back family — Keri and Shane will celebrate their one year anniversary on Thursday! Between that and Valentine's Day, this couple has a lot to get excited about, but having little River in their lives is the best gift of all.
