Two of Hollywood's most respected starlets, Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman, got all vamped up for the March issue of W magazine. Natalie looks as gorgeous as ever in the spread, while sexy Scarlett's makeup is making her look way too intense. We can expect to see a lot more of these two beautiful actresses as they make their way around the world promoting The Other Boleyn Girl, starting with the Berlinale Film Festival this weekend. • Scarlett on choosing do to the film: "Natalie was already attached when I read the script. And I was desperate to work with her. She was the most attractive aspect of the project to me from the beginning."
• On how their different personalities make for a good friendship:
  Scarlett: "Natalie would be uncomfortable in her costume and not say anything. She’d tell me, ‘My rib is killing me.’ I’d be like, ‘Natalie, why don’t you say something?’ I’d have to be like, ‘Hellooo, someone, Natalie’s rib is hurting! Can you fix her zipper?’”
  Natalie: "I know, my avoidance is a bit much. As an actor, you have to respect your position and know that you are fulfilling someone else’s vision,” she says. “Mike Nichols always quotes Mamet’s line: ‘Film is a collaborative business: bend over.’”

Jennifer Garner and Violet just going about their business may not be the most thrilling, but they certainly find ways to make the daily routine exciting for themselves. Yesterday the favorite momma/daughter duo kept it simple with a trip to Whole Foods and then to the park. They played some peek-a-boo and Violet rocked her toy cell phone around her neck. An afternoon at the grocery store and swings may have nothing on finding a maybe new pet kitty, but Violet's smile is still big as ever. So adorable and happy, how could that not brighten up your Tuesday?

Isla Fisher was looking fabulous as Becky Bloomwood on the set of Confessions of a Shopaholic in NYC yesterday. Seeing her in character is getting us so excited to see this book come to life on the big screen but in the meantime, we're going to coo over precious Olive. Her little Ugg boot/sack/cozy jacket thing is easily one of the most adorable baby accessories ever, not to mention incredibly comfy looking. As for Isla, she's just busy making us laugh. In an interview to promote Definitely, Maybe, she was asked about her recent success and Isla's response was, "Oh, I always thought I'd be living in Hollywood, in a seven-bedroom house with a massive swimming pool. It's just that when I imagined it, I always thought I'd be the maid." Isla seems to fit in with her glamorous life pretty well, but we just hope that she sticks with comedies since funny leading ladies are hard to find these days.

Lindsay Lohan went heavy on the bronzer and blush to run around LA doing "errands" (read: being photographed) yesterday afternoon. Ah LL, it feels like your shenanigans never left. Not only was she all over town in some tiny dresses this weekend, but she was apparently fighting in public with Paris Hilton. Feels like old times, only this time the tiff was about both girls wanting to collaborate with Timbaland. Relax ladies, he seems to have time to work with everyone these days. While it sounds like LL is excited for the world to listen to that new album she's working so hard on, she also just lent her ear modeling skills to the Hear the World initiative to raise awareness about the hearing impaired. She may be back to the nightlife, but at least she's still taking time to show us her heart's in the right place.

Last night co-stars and lovers Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson premiered their new movie Jumper in NYC. Rachel began her morning requesting to "jump" back into bed so hopefully she got a nap in before the big event. She sure looks well rested and glows in her one shoulder gold dress, which must have been hard to stay warm in. Luckily she had Anakin Skywalker there to keep her warm. The film reunites the Star Wars actors but according to Samuel L Jackson he gets his revenge this time around. As for Rachel, she's adorable as ever and admits she's been "lucky in the leading man area" so she can't complain. Did we ever mention we love Rachel Bilson?

Brad Pitt left the world-saving to Angelina this week, skipping out on her trip to Iraq and instead opting for a Sunday with his fancy bike and snazzy new helmet riding around LA. Something about the salt and pepper goatee makes him seem very dad-trying-to-be-young-and-hip, but maybe that's just his role these days. Sigh, when middle school crushes grow up, right? It's been a while since we've see the Jolie-Pitt crew together, but with all the speculation about Angelina's maybe-baby hopefully they'll all emerge (photoshoot style?) soon.
