Britney Spears took a break from controversially teaching kids at the dance studio to do some shopping with Lynne at Miss Sixty in LA yesterday. Maybe girlfriend could pick up a bra? Just a thought. That being said, the jeans/blue shirt/no boots combo is far better than most of what Brit wears. With the ongoing mess involving her [legal team/money/manager] this past week has seemed relatively quiet for the pop star. As usual, her shopping trip was vigorously documented by the paparazzi, but she may soon enjoy some more personal space. LA City Councilman Dennis P. Zine is looking to create a law that would require photographers stay a certain amount of space away from the celebrities, partially inspired by the Brit's costly trip to the hospital. While the aggressive paparazzi remain, hopefully that case in particular won't ever have to happen again — though we'll see what happens with "Britney's Law".
If Paris Hilton is looking to save the world before bedtime, she's really got her work cut out for her. One place to start would be the vet, where she supposedly left her kitten, Prada, and never picked her up. The cat was eventually repossessed by the agency Paris adopted her from, but Paris' camp denies the whole thing. That's nothing compared to the other personal drama Paris should attend to — her little brother Barron's DUI. When asked about the situation, she said, Paris said, "I am sad for my little brother. I hear he is doing OK. I am there for him and will be speaking to him in an hour or so, hopefully, to lend my support." Apparently Barron had even turned to Paris first after he was arrested, but she refused to bail him out of jail, saying, "You're going to learn your lesson." Seems like Barron could use a bedtime story from his big sister about her time spent in an orange jumpsuit.
As Nicole Kidman's collection of flowy/wrap dresses could attest, she was all ready for her growing bump. There's always time for more shopping and room in the closet for more stuff, however, as she and husband/play-mate Keith Urban were out shopping in Australia yesterday. Unlike some of our favorite pregnant celebrities who time their baby announcements perfectly right before their bumps get too obvious to ignore (I'm looking at you, Gwen Stefani), Nicole still looks like her slender self. I'm just glad to see her looking so happy with Keith by her side.
From magazine covers to morning talk shows, Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson are in the promotional game together showing off their new movie The Other Boleyn Girl. They stopped by The Today Show this morning in matching tights and bouncy hair to talk in a very subdued way about the film. Seriously, be a little more excited girls! In the interview the girls talk about the movie (obviously) as well as the book it's based on (it's not too late to join Buzz's book club) and how much they loved working together. Really though, I would have liked to see them having a little more fun? Maybe next interview.

Nicky Hilton makes dressing for transition weather look so easy! Waiting for her car at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills, she wore a trendy and chic ensemble consisting of a gray blazer, a simple black tank, denim cut offs and platform booties.
