Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson are spreading the interview love in NYC this week — together on TRL yesterday and Kate stopping by The Today Show this morning. On Monday, MM taped Letterman, and last night we got to see his interview (even Matt slipped up on the Monday taping/Tuesday airing thing at one point). Of course, he talked baby, baby, baby and walking around with no shirt. He was charming as usual — check out the video after the jump. On Today Kate talked more about her chemistry with Matt and what it was like to be at the Super Bowl over the weekend — that video is below, too. I saw Fool's Gold last night and while I'll reserve my real review for Buzz, I'll just say that there should be so much more cuteness in the Hudson/McConaughey duo than the movie shows.

While I love Kate in romantic comedies, I was also excited to hear the news that she just signed on to star in Big Eyes, a movie about the artist Margaret Keane (who paints those kids with the big ol' eyes). Fergie looked a bit silly in her head scarf stopping by TRL yesterday and ridiculous in a different way at The Today Show this morning. I try to say only nice things about the Fergs, but sometimes her outfits just make that hard. She's making the rounds to promote her new gig as the face of MAC's Viva Glam campaign, which has raised more than $100 million worldwide for HIV/AIDS. At least she was very full of smiles for the television spots, and she's got another big one all lined up for this weekend. She and John Legend are the newest big-name duet added to this Sunday's Grammy Award lineup. Hopefully hit or miss Fergs pulls out something hot for the red carpet too, and is it too much to ask that she have her hot fiancé Josh on her arm? Please?

Seeing these photos of Nicole and Joel out and about almost makes us forget that they have an exciting new addition to the family. Nicole is already back to her skinny jeans, and it looks like the pregnancy didn't leave quite the same impact on her body as it did on Christina. The couple left their precious baby Harlow back at home to run a few errands in LA on Monday, but it looks like they had her in mind, picking up some diapers for their newborn at Whole Foods. Now that new mommies Nicole and Christina are back in the public eye, whose little one do you think we'll get to see first?

Even indoors Rihanna manages to make her pink umbrella look like the perfect accessory to her all black ensemble, and the pop star has even more style tips for all of us.
