Fresh off his adventure at sea aboard the Mayercraft Carrier, John landed in Los Angeles yesterday. Hey there, big traveler. Now that he's back ashore, maybe it's time for him to work on some new music? He did say after all that he was going to get back to work in his "last" blog entry. Guess we'll give him a bit of a break since he did earn himself a Grammy nomination this year. Let's just hope he doesn't bring his Borat swimsuit to the red carpet on Sunday.

Britney has just been released from the hospital and sadly it doesn't seem like her time spent under psychiatric evaluation has had a profound effect. She's already back behind the wheel, and inviting her paparazzo friend to drive her around town. Of course Brit still managed to create drama and was followed by over 20 cars while Fox News felt the need to do a live broadcast of the "car chase." Eventually Brit ended up at the Beverly Hills Hotel and has been hanging out there ever since. It seems as if Britney is already back to her routine of bizarre behavior but maybe if she had a little space we could go a few hours without having to report her every move.

And in goes another one. According to Star Magazine, Kirsten Dunst has checked into Cirque Lodge in Utah. Her rep hasn't responded to the story yet, but there were rumors last week that she was headed for trouble. The Utah rehab facility was recently home to Lindsay Lohan and is where Eva Mendes is currently receiving treatment. If the story is true, hopefully Kirsten's already doing better and we wish her well on the road to recovery.

This year's seasoned Fashion Week vets like Ellen Pompeo and Angie Harmon got to rub elbows with some new faces as the event raged on in NYC yesterday and today. Eva Longoria went super sparkly for Michael Kors while Debra Messing looked chic posing with her man. After spending the days checking out the runways, celebs like Chace Crawford, Dylan McDermott, and Eliza Dushku hit up the party for the unveiling of Prada's flagship store. Wonder if these stars are developing new friendships after seeing so much of each other around Bryant Park for the week. We know that Fab and Bella probably wouldn't mind getting to spend some extra time with the few good looking men we've been seeing in the audiences.

Penelope Cruz (though she and Monica are looking more and more like twins these days) flaunted her sexiness and sultry eyes for the cover of You Magazine. Her man Javier has been raking in the awards this season for his work in No Country For Old Men, but Penelope has stayed off his arm on the red carpet. Boo. I guess these two prefer to frolic on the beach together rather than slap on the formal wear and pose for cameras. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that she'll come out for the Oscars (and that the show happens at all), because they way Javier's been winning — not to jinx it or anything — Penelope may be in line for a thank you shout out from the podium.

Blake Lively went casual with the outfit, but all done up with the hair/makeup on her way in to tape her first ever appearance on Late Show with David Letterman yesterday afternoon. Methinks she changed into something a little more fancy once she got inside, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see since the interview doesn't air until Friday night. Her Gossip Girl costars Taylor Momsen and Chace Crawford have been enjoying NY Fashion Week, but after her time in Paris perhaps she's all runway-ed out for now. From the Super Bowl to Letterman in one week, still pretty impressive for Miss Lively.

Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley got back to enjoying their every day life after hitting up the Super Bowl festivities this weekend. Unfortunately they didn't receive the warmest welcome home — their SUV was broken into yesterday. These two may have shared their crown as Victoria's Secret's sexiest newlyweds, but Katherine is clearly still the more famous of the celebrity couple. Apparently there was a bit of an uneasy moment at the party when Victoria’s Secret model, Selita Ebanks, was set to introduce Josh to perform for the crowd but announced Katherine's name instead. Awkward much? Who do you think was more embarrassed — Josh or Selita?
