A couple of months ago, there were rumors swirling that Britney may be on the cover of Rolling Stone again, and the issue officially hits newsstands this week. The article has more stories about Britney's dizzying downward spiral, including a mall visit gone bad, plastic surgery rumors, and juicy details on her relationship with Justin. So far, the magazine has only released a teaser excerpt, which is just another upsetting story about an outburst Britney had while trying on clothes at Betsey Johnson. Here's more:

. . . she ducks into the dressing room with Ghalib. He emerges with her black Am Ex. The card won't go through, but they keep trying it. "Please," begs Ghalib, "get this done quickly." One of the girls runs to Britney's dressing room, explaining the situation through a pink gauze curtain.

A wail emerges from the cubby — guttural, vile, the kind of base animalistic shriek only heard at a family member's deathbed. "F*ck these b*tches," screams Britney, each word ringing out between sobs. "These idiots can't do anything right!"

Ghalib dashes over to console her, but she's already spitting, growling, throwing a big bottle of soda on the floor so that it begins to spill underneath the curtain, and then she's got a box of tissues and is throwing them on top of the wet floor along with piles of discarded merchandise. A new card finally goes through, but by then Britney is out the door, leaving her shirt on the ground and replacing it with the red top. "F*ck you, f*ck people, f*ck, f*ck, f*ck," she keeps screaming, her face splotchy and red as she crosses the interminable mall floor, the crowd behind her growing larger and larger. "Leave us alone!" yells Ghalib.

Looks like Rachel's new passport is being put to good use. The actress headed to Rome with her boyfriend and co-star to promote their new movie Jumper. The intense action flick hits theaters this Valentine's Day weekend and while we are looking forward to it, we can't wait to see these two on their world promotional tour. Rachel's style is one of our favorites (and yours) so we bet she packed some fabulous stuff to show off this week. As for that adorable Seventeen cover story, she even mentioned a few sweet things about Hayden like, "He’s a very attractive man. And I remember that when I saw they cast him, I was like, Oh, he’s cute!" Things that make you go awww.

We've tried to stay away from all of the rumors and speculation about the events that led to Heath Ledger's sudden and tragic passing two weeks ago, but the results from the the toxicology report came in today and the New York medical examiner has ruled that his death was an accident. A statement was released saying, "Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine. We have concluded that the manner of death is accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications.” In response to this news, Heath's family released the following statement:

“We remain humble as parents and a family, among millions of people worldwide who may have suffered the tragic loss of a child. Few can understand the hollow, wrenching, and enduring agony parents silently suffer when a child predeceases them. Today's results put an end to speculation, but our son's beautiful spirit and enduring memory will forever remain in our hearts. While no medications were taken in excess, we learned today the combination of doctor-prescribed drugs proved lethal for our boy. Heath's accidental death serves as a caution to the hidden dangers of combining prescription medication, even at low dosage.

“Our family enjoyed an extremely happy two week visit with Heath just prior to the New Year. Those recent precious days will stay with us forever. We as a family feel privileged to have some of his amazing magic moments captured in film. To most of the world Heath was an actor of immeasurable talent and promise. To those who knew him personally, Heath was a consummate artist whose passions also included photography, music, chess and directing. We knew Heath as a loving father, as our devoted son, and as a loyal and generous brother and friend.

“We treasure our beautiful granddaughter Matilda (to our dear Michelle) as well as an unbelievably wonderful network of close friends, forever, around the world. Families rarely experience the uplifting, warm and massive outpouring of grief and support as have we, from every corner of the planet. This has deeply and profoundly touched our hearts and lives. We are eternally grateful.

“At this moment we respectfully request the worldwide media allow us time to grieve privately, without the intrusions associated with press and photography.”

Heath's closest family and friends, including Michelle and Matilda who arrived today will gather in his hometown of Perth, Australia, for the upcoming funeral and burial of the beloved actor. Our hearts and thoughts go out to Heath's loved ones. May he rest in peace.

Miss cover girl of the week, Lindsay Lohan, headed to La Scala on Monday to grab some lunch with a few friends. She may not deserve to be featured in so many fashion magazines right now, but LL is still telling her story to everyone who wants to hear it, whether we like it or not. In the March issue of Harper's Bazaar, she talks more about her life before rehab and how much her family means to her. Here are highlights:

• On being separated from her father, Michael: “Not seeing my father was really hard for me, and not being with my family enough… I wasn’t taking any time to just sit and live and breathe. I was going, going, going, and that ran me down. It was a stressor. It upset me. I didn’t have a father to call, and that was a lot of the pain.”
• On reaching the breaking point: “I have it in me to go, go, go. I’m still young. I love life. I love music and being around that. I love people, and I’m a very social person. But I also love being home, quiet and normal… I’ve always been a homebody… Seriously… I was just running away from what my home had become.”

Isla Fisher and 4-month-old Olive Cohen look pretty cozy as they try not to freeze on the Connecticut set of Confessions of a Shopaholic. Look at Olive's little baby hair and baby cheeks. Love. Them. While Olive is one of the many adorable celebrity little ones, the best is seeing the whole family all together. Between filming on the East Coast and taking care of a newborn it's clear why Isla's co-star Ryan Reynolds has been doing most of the promotion for their upcoming movie Definitely, Maybe. Hopefully, possibly she'll still come out for a premiere or two of the super-duper endearing looking movie before the Valentine's Day release date.

Damn huge new mommy boobs! Christina Aguilera made her first public appearance last night and while it is understandably hard to conceal her larger breasts, Xtina did not shy away from showing off that cleavage. The singer had a busy day including an early morning interview with Ryan Seacrest, voting in the primaries and then in the evening she signed copies of her "Back To Basics: Live And Down Under" DVD at Best Buy in LA. This is her first big outing since giving birth to baby Max three weeks ago and motherhood seems to be treating Christina very well. She had a lot to share with Ryan Seacrest and here are a few highlights about life with Max and her new inspiration for an upcoming album:

• "Every week, something new happens. He's constantly changing and doing these incredibly cute things and stinky things."
• "I'm very excited! I'm so inspired. This whole incredible thing that's taken place in my life, between the pregnancy and the birth... I've got so much in me to write about.... I like to kind of evolve and transform into different characters with each album. This next album will have a whole new me."
• "He did have a bris! Of course, we're such a non-conventional couple that we had penis balloons everywhere."

Sounds like she is getting along well with the craziness of a newborn. Christina also admitted to getting a little stir crazy staying at home so I bet we get to see more of her out and about soon enough. Now if only she'd bring Max out for some fresh air as well.
