Justin and Jessica have been working on their separate projects, but it looks like they're still finding plenty of time for romantic dates while in London. On Tuesday night they headed to the Ivy restaurant all bundled up in their scarves for a little pre-birthday dinner. JT turns 27 today! We're sure these two will do it up right for the big day, especially with his friend Timbaland in town for the Madonna video shoot. Hopefully they save up some energy for a little overseas Super Bowl party, even if it's just to watch the debut of JT's cute new Pepsi Ad.

Old Navy lured out some of Hollywood's hottest young stars for its "New Year, New Old Navy" party in NYC last night to celebrate the store's new, hip creative direction. While none of the red carpet cuties wore any color at all (come on now guys, I know it's Manhattan, but muted isn't an actual dress code), they still managed to turn up the heat. Victoria's Secret's Sexiest Newcomer Blake Lively looked smokin' in her pants and top combo alongside fellow Gossip-er Chace Crawford. He wasn't looking too shabby himself. Oh, how I miss that show already. Neither Sophia Bush nor Kristen Bell seems to miss a party these days, so of course they were there for the event, as was Little Miss Serious Hero and activist Hayden P. Blake, Kristen, and Hayden may all be cozying up with their boys these days, but is Mr. TRL Damien Fahey taken? If not, someone should snatch him right up.

Last night was another crazy one for Ms. Spears, but with the help of family and friends she is back in the hospital getting the necessary care. Word is she went willingly and is much more comfortable this time around. She will be there for at least 72 hours and there is a good chance it will be extended to 14 days. The good news is Brit was calm this time around and it turns out this hospital trip was a lot more well planned out. The paparazzi weren't as close to her home as last time, air space was cleared if necessary and cop cars made sure her route was undisturbed. There is still some craziness between who is in charge but apparently Sam Lutfi is out and Brit's parents are in — which makes sense. Britney supposedly has not slept since Sunday so let's hope now she can get some rest and the medical attention she needs.

Jessica Simpson looked fabulous leaving her NYC hotel room last night with Daisy obviously not walking anywhere and instead cuddled up in her LV carrying case. Speaking of my Simpson weakness — I made the unfortunate decision of renting Blonde Ambition over the weekend. Sigh, just not an awesome movie. Still holding out hope that maybe Jess will finally find her niche with the country music? As long as she keeps Andy Dick out of any future projects, at least it's a step in the right direction.

Kate Moss' dinner with her mother Linda last week was only the tip of the family bonding iceberg. Now that she's settled into her new home, Kate has apparently asked her mother to move in so the environment is more stable for Kate's daughter, Lila Grace. Maybe after Kate's nonstop string of 34th birthday celebrations she realized it's time to grow up. Seeing as she was spotted yesterday picking up film at a London photography store, Kate must be excited to document all their new family bonding time.
