Mischa Barton worked her smoky-eyed stare and cute dresses for the January issue of Vogue India. Lately most Mischa stories are about her DUI back in December, but these photos remind us of that California blonde we fell in love with on TV. It's probably about time that we stop the Marissa/Mischa comparisons, but if she's still doing it, we figure we can too. In the article, she talks about her interesting sense of style and handling the pitfalls of fame. Here are highlights:

• On her character's death: "I do think that Marissa had run her course, not for any reason other than that the writers were drawing blanks as to where to go. She went through too much too quickly, she was a wild card and this was making her consistently difficult to play. It just seemed right, as sad as it was."
• On her fashion sense: "I feel like Marissa was modelled after me—we had similar styles, but since Marissa was born and raised in California she was more casual. I am more eclectic. I'm influenced by everything—movies, photography, travel. I love to pair vintage pieces with current."

Lindsay Lohan spent her Monday shopping in NYC with her younger siblings little Cody and middle-aged Ali. Seriously, folks, she just turned 14. Lindsay looked older than her 21 years for a while now, but LL loves her own trash-tastic style...so more power to her? Over the weekend she was all decked out for her nights out in Manhattan with her friend Brody, but despite rumored canoodling he insists that there was no funny business. He's got that girlfriend after all. He said, "We were hanging out as friends and nothing happened...We weren't 'all over' each other, and we definitely weren't making out. I am dating and really happy with Cora." Sure, just like he's never ever in his life kissed Paris Hilton (just lots of ear-whispered secrets). We believe all of it. Wink. Brody or not, there are also multiple reports that she was drinking while out in NYC — wouldn't be her first relapse but could be bad news bears for Linds.

Finally not the one criss crossing the world on tour, Justin Timberlake enjoyed a little role reversal and went to visit his girl Jessica Biel in London where she's busy filming her new movie, Easy Virtue. The couple shared a romantic dinner out at Locatelli restaurant and afterward JT enjoyed stroking his lady's face in the car. His face on the other hand, doesn't look so baby soft and smooth these days. I'm still not loving the bright blond look for Biel, but I suppose it's for the role and not her fault. Justin Timberlake may be staying far away from the Super Bowl center stage this weekend after his 2004 debacle, but we will get to enjoy the kick off of his new Pepsi commercial campaign while we take a break from the burly men on the field.

It was another messy and confusing evening at the Spears compound on a day when we learned the good news that she can speak to her boys on the phone. While there are differing reports about what exactly went down last night, here's the latest I can piece together. At about 6 p.m., Britney got in a fight in the car with her friend Sam Lutfi — something to do with her family and maybe because he felt the need to tell Barbara Walters that she's getting treatment for her mental problems. She apparently got out of the vehicle close to her house and had a bit of a breakdown on the sidewalk. She called Adnan, but he was not allowed in her gated community because Sam gave the security explicit instructions not to let him in.

She ended up at home briefly and the LAPD were called to deal with the paparazzi. Her parents showed up to try to talk to her, but she ended up splitting the scene with one of her photographer friends. She made a quick trip to Ralph's grocery store before catching up with her boy toy Adnan and hopping in his car instead. There were many tears shed, but at least both her parents are in the mix this time rather than just her two shady men that hate each other. At one point Sam claimed that the cops were after Adnan for trying to break into Britney's house, but Adnan released a statement through his photo agency giving his side of the story. Ugh, what a mess. I don't even know what else to say.

I'm all for cute loving couples but Drew Barrymore and Justin Long are starting to be too cutesy. Every time we see them these days they are attached at the lips. The couple walked the red carpet last night at the premiere of Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show in LA. Justin is a special guest star in the movie about stand up comedians on the road. So yes, Vince was there along with some of his buddies like Jason Bateman and John Favreau but much of the focus was on Drew and Justin and their matching grins. Don't get me wrong, Drew is one of my favorites so it's great to see her happy, but I'm still not sure she has found the one, or shall I say the fourth?

Gwen Stefani left her rock star and animal lover boys behind and made her way through LAX decked out in red over the weekend. She wasn't shy about the jewelry either — good times in the security line. While we're used to seeing the dynamic globe trotting Rossdale-Stefani trio, rumor has it that there may be baby No. 2 on the way. We're not sending any official congratulations just yet, considering the source is UK's The Sun, but according to the paper Gwen and Gavin recently found out the exciting news. Then again, just a few weeks ago her rep was busy deny deny denying a second pregnancy. We'll wait for some sort of official confirmation, but we would definitely love to see a fashionable little sibling for adorable Kingston.

Update: Gavin's dad confirmed the great news. He said, "They and the whole family are delighted." So are we!
