We were hoping to see Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck out on the red carpet (separately, of course) at the SAGs last night, but Jen had some other business to attend to. She played hostess at the 10th Annual "I Have a Dream" Gospel Bunch in LA, where James Berk, Hill Harper, and Sara Ramirez were honored with the Dream Keeper Award. Jen also hosted the event last year so the organization clearly means a lot to her. We still wish we could have seen her red carpet glamor, but it's hard to be disappointed when a star chooses philanthropy over partying.

Tom Cruise wasn't the only one who skipped the red carpet last night, Fool's Gold costars Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey presented an award and stopped by the press room but didn't do the outside posing. They didn't have awards to show off, of course, but the night's big winners did. Tina Fey looked a little uncomfortable with her mini actor (so missing Alec Baldwin, boo) while Edie Falco proudly showed off her double fisting skills. Gotta show some love for Javier and the rest of the cast of No Country. Buzz wants to know how you feel about all of last night's big TV and movie winners. I'm thinking that at least a few of these (movie) winners should get used to those award-statue curls because I hear those Oscars are pretty heavy.

To see more from the press room including McConaughey, Julie Christie, Rainn Wilson, Jenna Fischer, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Lorraine Bracco, Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin, John Krasinski and others just read more
If Lindsay Lohan is trying to get on PETA's bad side, she sure did a great job of making a statement in not one but two fur jackets while out and about in NYC on Saturday. She hit up Da Silvano and the Waverly Inn in her shiny spandex and a ton of eyeliner. Maybe she was getting all made up to have a secret rendezvous with Mr. Brody Jenner? On the other hand, they weren't spotted together again, so it's possible they just kept things to racy text messages instead.

Tom Cruise skipped the red carpet (boo — where was Katie?) and despite the latest controversy, he was there to support his fellow actors in the union last night at the 2008 Screen Actors Guild Awards. Tom presented the best ensemble cast to No Country For Old Men. Other big winners included Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, The Sopranos cast and Daniel Day Lewis who had the most heartfelt speech dedicating his award to Heath Ledger who he said was "unique" and "perfect" when referring to his role as Ennis in Brokeback Mountain. The rest of the show was pretty much business as usual and of course water watch for Angelina Jolie. Although there were no major surprises tell Buzz if you agree with the movie and television honorees.

The beautiful ladies at the SAG awards last night didn't disappoint us on one of the few red carpet award shows we were treated to this year. Floor length gowns in grey and blue were popular and some of the ladies like Eva Longoria went all out Ice Queen style while Ellen Page represented those who went for something more simple. Who do you think deserves the best dressed crown? Cate Blanchett glowed in green earlier this weekend and continued to show off her beautiful baby bump last night, but of course the talk of the evening was Angelina in her extremely flowy dress. Those rumors of twins are feeling a lot more real, since she could easily fit a family of four under her vintage Hermes gown if she wanted to.
