Another day, another trip to the gym for Hayden Panettiere, who has to be admired for her dedication to her fitness. Now that the cat's out of the bag about the whole Hayden and Milo relationship, we're starting to get the details on how these two got together. Apparently Milo had a thing for Hayden while she was with her ex, Stephen Colletti, and moved in the minute she became single. Also, Hayden was worried about what people would think if she jumped from one relationship right into another (as 18-year-olds often do). Hot tip to Milo: the way to Hayden's heart is through her feet. And if a certain blind item is to be believed, that's not the only thing she's into at the moment, ha.
Johnny was showing off some more of that smooth chest for the Sweeney Todd premiere, but something about his suit seems supersized. Luckily, new mama Helena Bonham Carter was there to take some of the attention off Johnny with her bright red dress. Johnny may be your choice for Favorite Male Star, but he credits his success to his director, saying, "Tim is what makes it special, I love to work with him." We think Johnny is pretty special all by himself but love that he has so much admiration and appreciation for his BFF.
Lauren Conrad climbed into her Mercedes after leaving "her apartment" (where she still films The Hills, but check out the mini-mansion she recently bought for actually living in) filming her "reality show" in LA yesterday. This week has brought another bout of rumors for these tabloid hot topics, with Heidi hitting Maxim with some racy photos and anti-Lauren words and the story that Audrina was spending more time with the enemy than with LC, which she quickly denied on her MySpace blog. Plus, rumor has it that LC and Whitney are no longer working for Teen Vogue! Ah, the always-dramatic lives of MTV starlets. Who knows what actually happens when the cameras aren't rolling, but it can't be too long until we have them back in our living rooms.

Simon Cowell knows how to vacation well. In between X-Factor and preparing for the new season of American Idol, Simon headed to the Caribbean with his girlfriend. He even showed off his smoking (boo) while driving a jet ski talent. The good news is that Simon's vacation won't last too long since new episodes of AI comes back next Tuesday! Buzz even got to sit in on a chat with Simon where he talked about how the show will get better and what's in store for this season. He also weighed in on Britney's situation (doesn't everyone?), saying
"It's never too late. I think she's the most searched artist on the Internet in the world at the moment, so she's got a good start. If I sat down with Britney I would No. 1 remind her of all the good things in her life -- which are her kids, her money, her success, everything. I'd take her out of where she's living at the moment and ask her to go live with her family and live normally for six months . . . It looks to me at the moment that she's out of control, and she's got to have someone in her life that she can listen to. She's welcome to call me any time."
Somehow we doubt that Britney will be running to the phone, but it would be pretty awesome to see how she handles Simon's tough love tactics.
Hilary Duff has been relaxing in LA, with a stop at Baskin-Robbins on Tuesday and a night out with pals on Wednesday. She didn't seem too bummed that her hockey player boyfriend was elsewhere, as she had so much fun at dinner that she had trouble keeping her eyes open afterward. Celebration is in order for Hilary, as she just finished working on two movies, and she's traveling with a driver. Smart girl!
