Mischa Barton got her holiday cheer on early this year, with what looks like a little smoking in her car this weekend. Of course, we're not going to jump to any conclusions regarding what she is puffing on but it wouldn't be the first time she went for something a little stronger than a cigarette. We all know what a busy life Mischa is leading these days, so maybe she just needed something to help her concentrate on some last-minute shopping. Hopefully she picked up some new jeans. Either way, we're just glad that her behavior didn't land her in the hospital like at one of the other 2007 festivities that we can think of.

• New evidence in Brandy's car accident case suggests that the woman who died in the crash may have hit the car in front of her first, causing Brandy to swerve and hit the woman's car. The court has until the end of the day on Friday to decide whether to charge Brandy with vehicular manslaughter, after which the statute of limitations expires. Sounds like Brandy's 2008 may be getting off to a much better start than 2007. — TMZ

The Hilton family turned up in Hawaii as we predicted and it looks like even Nicky made the family trip. The Hilton girls are household names these days but the other siblings seem to be less known. The younger ones have managed to stay out of trouble for the most part, until now. Little brother Barron is making his own splash and Page Six reports the news of his hotel hook up. Apparently Barron hooked up with another rich, young thang at the Bel Air Hotel and "something happened" which made "police to be called." Sounds scandalous. At least Nicky seems to have turned out pretty normal. In fact, I think she is looking better than ever these days.

Last week we were wondering if Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox would be spending the holidays together and it looks like we've got our answer. Your favorite BFFs of 2007 celebrated Christmas Eve with dinner at Mastro's in LA on Monday night. Maybe David stayed home to play Santa for Coco while Jen and Courteney had a festive girls' night out. It may not be quite as nice as a Hawaiian vacation on the beach, but we bet these two still managed to have a fun and festive holiday this year.

Little Henry got a big red balloon reward for accompanying his mom Heidi Klum for some last minute shopping on Christmas Eve in Aspen. Her smallest one, Johan, was along for the ride too, but he kept it stroller style. How freaking adorable is little Henry? His face! I love it. While Henry doesn't always look pleased here trudging along with his momma, I'm sure she made up for it with some awesome presents the next morning. And then back to the slopes to start working off all those holiday calories, fun.

She was spotted looking cozy in her fuzzy jacket shopping with her brother Oliver's wife Erinn Bartlett on Sunday. Kate Hudson may not be your favorite mommy, part of your favorite family, or have your favorite sidewalk style of 2007, but she's still making the adorable top 10. Especially when she's got her mini me (even his long hair is pretty precious these days, I must admit).

The couple was spotted in Malibu shopping for her kids for some last minute holiday gifts. This couple has seen happier times and as Pam leads the way in the parking lot, it makes you wonder how much longer they will even last. This one will be a good one for our 2008 prediction poll.
