Jessica Alba got all wrapped up in her pompom scarf to do some shopping around LA yesterday. This is the first time Jessica has looked even remotely pregnant, but that's probably more because of her choice of coat than a big bump. You guys didn't think that her pregnancy was the most shocking of 2007, but clearly nothing tops Jamie Lynn's baby news. Some might say that Alba's thunder was stolen, but considering how she enjoys her privacy we have a feeling that she might be happier keeping her bump out of the spotlight for a while even though she has supposedly been offered magazine covers a la Britney and Demi. Of course with this pregnancy also comes plenty of engagement rumors so who knows what to believe.

Will Smith brought his snarl and his Legend to London yesterday, once again a one-man show on the red carpet. He may be flying solo overseas, but he's not afraid to talk about how much he needs his wife. He recently told The Times of London, "Every day I need my woman to look at me right; I need Jada to have that look in her eyes. I can’t function if I don’t see it, whether it’s with my movies, or me as a father, or me as a husband. I have to educate myself to get to the place where I’m the best on Earth. . . . Then, and only then, can I be sure that my woman will never leave me.” Well that all sounds a bit intense, but at least Will knows what he wants. And at least we know that Jada's got a girlfriend to confide in about being married to such an interesting man.

Without the help of her mini-me, Jennifer Garner was left to fend for herself and hail her own cabs in NYC yesterday. Christmas is just a few days away, and as much as we love our favorite celebrity mom of 2007, she looks like she could use a little holiday down time. We still have to hand it to her though — even when a little run down she still smiles big and signs autographs for her fans.

Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley seem to be taking it real easy in the days leading up to their wedding on December 23. This afternoon a typically smiley Katherine stopped off to get her nails done before catching up again with her man. While she certainly looks relaxed, she admitted to Extra that she's getting some of those typical pre-wedding jitters. She said, "I’m mostly panicking about all the details, and getting there, traveling, transportation, talking to the pastor, getting the license...We’ve talked a lot about it, like, ‘Are you having any second thoughts here?’ And he’s like, ‘No, I’m so ready for this to happen.’ It’s already been 18 months of planning and we’re both just ready for this to happen already." At least she's got her bridesmaid TR to help calm her down and get her to the altar on the big day.

Katie and the most stylin' baby of 2007 got all dolled up in their party dresses for Katie's 29th birthday on Monday. We know how much Katie loves playing Santa during Christmas time and having Suri around only helps her get into the holiday spirit. In this week's issue of Parade, Katie talks about her upcoming plans with her family. Here are highlights:

- On the holiday season:
"I have always been a huge fan of the holidays. My birthday is December 18th, so it’s my favorite time of the year. I’m from a big family, and we always did a grand Christmas Eve with all of the relatives. We’d sing Christmas carols and open gifts. Really joyous. Last year was Suri’s first Christmas. It was so spectacular to share the holidays with her. It really meant the world to me. To be able to create a tradition for your children is one of the best gifts you can have."

- On celebrating
"My whole family and Tom’s whole family will go up to Telluride [Colo.] again. We ski. We have big dinners and laugh. We love cooking. My mom’s stuffing is my favorite. I’m a huge fan of pie, especially pecan. I will probably cook some garlic mashed potatoes and maybe a cheesecake. We always make a lot of sugar cookies with decorating and sprinkles. Suri will be in the dough everywhere. Tom has shown me the greatness of extra chocolate chips. Tom’s really good in the kitchen. He makes great pasta carbonara and lemon pasta."
