After Britney skipped out on her deposition (and then proceeded to leave her house late at night) last week, Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan was ready to take action and didn't want Britney to have any more allowances. Now we're hearing that he's planning to go to court today to talk to the judge about Britney's behavior. Supposedly he may ask that Britney's custody privileges be revoked until she sits for the deposition, and may try to prevent Britney's lawyers to get Kevin's deposition until Britney gives hers. He also wants to push back the hearing to determine custody of the kids and whether or not Britney can drive the boys again from January to April.
Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley are just days away from their big wedding this Sunday and from the looks on their faces they are clearly excited about their upcoming nuptials. Katherine recently talked to Extra about how she's feeling in the home stretch. She said, “I’m mostly panicking about all the details, and getting there, traveling, transportation, talking to the pastor, getting the license. We’ve talked a lot about it, like, ‘Are you having any second thoughts here?’ And he’s like, ‘No, I’m so ready for this to happen.’ It’s already been 18 months of planning and we’re both just ready for this to happen already."
Katherine also told Extra about wanting to start a family in about year. We know that she's one of the most annoying celebrities of 2007, but are you at least a little interested in checking out her wedding photos?
Will Smith wasn't home to celebrate I Am Legend breaking box office records this weekend, but I'm sure he managed to have a great time in Paris promoting the movie. As if he doesn't have enough reason to smile, his Legend director, Francis Lawrence, is more than willing to boost Will's ego. He said, "He's one of the only people that I can truly say kind of has all of that. He's funny, he's charming, he's smart, he's handsome, he's happy, he's got a great marriage, he's a great father, he's great at what he does, he's happy at what he does. It's sort of disgusting. So if anybody would be the last man standing, it's Will." Plus, he's obviously still a box office titan, and we're already getting a taste for his next picture. Buzz has the teaser trailer for Hancock which is a little cringe-inducing (but just a little), but with Charlize Theron, Jason Bateman and Will, I have faith it will be a lot of fun.
Rumor mill is running wild that Kristin Cavallari is joining the new season of The Hills. Talk about drama! Heidi would have nothing on this duo who both famously dated Brody-I-love-reality-chicks-Jenner and at the time you all were totally on Team LC. Now that the show has gained momentum, Kristin could spice things up even more so tell us, would you welcome LC's nemesis to The Hills?

Tara Reid was showing a dangerously skinny new look modeling swimwear at a photoshoot in Bali on Monday. This isn't the first time we've worried about Tara recently, but things got scarier when she collapsed while out at night over the weekend. Luckily she was in and out of the hospital quickly, suffering from cuts and bruises only, and was back by the pool by the next day. Maybe it was a wake up call for tiny Tara. Looking through the Tara Reid photo slideshow it's kinda heartbreaking and I definitely miss the cute girl from American Pie.
Chace Crawford's cute mug has been everywhere lately, from toy drives to Jingle Ball, but he wasn't the only pretty face that headed to MTV studios yesterday. He was joined by co-stars Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick to promote Gossip Girl on TRL. Guess the girls decided to sit this one out, but we'll take some eye candy from the most attractive cast of 2007 on TV any day.
