Ashley Judd was bundled waaaaaay up shooting Helen up in Vancouver on Monday. She won't be up there for long, however, because she's set to get glammed up bright and early on Thursday morning to help Hayden Panettiere announce the Golden Globe nominees. I'm getting pretty excited to learn who scores big this year — the Golden Globes are always a fun group and a good signifier for who's gonna get those Oscar nods. You've all seemed pretty split about your favorite performances, films and shows of the year, so now we'll just sit tight and see whose names are on the list. Unfortunately, the award ceremony is facing an uncertain future. The SAG Awards asked the WGA to refrain from picketing their show and allow a writer to help out and the WGA complied. The Golden Globes asked for the same allowance, but have yet to hear back. At the very least, this should make for an interesting award season.

Paris Hilton decided to really go for gold in her new photoshoot for her line of sparkling wine, Rich Prosecco. From her clothes to her music to her newest fragrance, she's always around the world promoting something and this week she's in Berlin to show off the canned alcoholic beverage. Rich Prosecco won't hit the states until sometime next year, but we want to know — would you drink Paris' champagne?
Instead of showing up to give her sworn-in deposition at Kevin's lawyer's office this morning, Britney decided to stay home and not deal with the media frenzy. While I can only imagine the mayhem outside her home and Mark Vincent Kaplan's office, it seems ridiculous that she continues to completely disregard what the court tells her to do. I have a feeling that this story will develop as the day goes on. Kaplan isn't one to let Britney get away with things without a fight, or at least without her lawyers making a trip to court.
Update: According to Kaplan, there is some sort of medical condition/illness keeping Brit from her deposition, and he is going to get help from the court in rescheduling.
As if David Duchovny's return to the small screen as one of the best characters ever (or at least of 2007) wasn't exciting enough - now the X-Files movie is finally filming! Earlier this week we got the exciting news that the cast has grown including Amanda Peet as an agent! It's been way too long since Mulder and Scully paired up but considering the craziness of the writers' strike, we're happy to hear that some films weren't delayed, especially this one. That said, we can't decide if we love Fox Mulder more than Californication's Hank Moody but one thing's for sure, David D is on the rise again and we couldn't be more thrilled!
Who Had The Best Sidewalk Style This Year? There's a major difference between red carpet style and sidewalk style: Celebrities are pretty much on their own when it comes to the streets. These five ladies, Katherine Heigl, Kate Hudson, Ashley Olsen, Lindsay Lohan, and Rachel Bilson, all took their unique styles to the sidewalks, showing the world what they, not their stylists, are capable of.
Gwen and Gavin walked hand-in-hand as they headed out to dinner in LA yesterday. They left their man Kingston at home this time around, but we all know that this couple isn't afraid to show off their adorable little triumph. In fact, Gavin recently talked to Extra about how he and Gwen don't let the media run with their lives, saying, “We made a conscious decision [to have a child]. We would have a baby and the baby joins our life. If we were going to be followed by paparazzi, it doesn’t mean we would leave him home . . . we don’t take life too seriously.”
Gavin may be able to take things lightly, but there is one issue that Gwen is serious about. She just started the Gwen Stefani After-the-Fires Scholarship, which will be granted to high school and college students who were affected financially by the October wildfires in Southern California.
Rachel Zoe was photographed walking down Robertson, Starbucks in hand, looking ready for some serious shopping. She looked chic in her round sunglasses and Chanel bag, which she wore with of-the-moment thigh-high boots, a denim Current/Elliott biker jacket, and printed scarf.
