Nicole and Joel are sticking to their black and white, and her to her heels, out grabbing coffee during another day strolling around LA. It's not like these two aren't keeping busy in productive ways, but they do seem to have a fair amount of free time and Nicole's schedule just opened up even more. She's been granted leave from her court-mandated, anti-drinking program due to her pregnancy and their worry that it will somehow impede her safety. Apparently it's an option for anyone with a "medical condition" and pregnancy counts. I'm not sure how some therapy and classes would get in the way of her safety, but hey, can't blame her for seeing the loophole.

Fergie, Akon, and Taylor Swift may have been out early this morning to announce the 2008 Grammy Award Nominations, but it was Kanye and Amy Winehouse who walked away with the most nods. Check out the full list of nominees here!
After a difficult month, hopefully Kanye woke up to a smile seeing his eight nominations including Album of the Year, Rap Song of the Year, and Rap Album of the Year. I'm guessing he won't walk away empty handed, but even so he has probably gained a little perspective and won't be in any hissy fits anytime soon. Amy Winehouse also made quite the splash with six nods including Album of the Year and Best New Artist along with Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "Rehab." Fergie and Taylor each got one nomination while Akon walked away with a handful for himself (despite his year of controversy).
The 50th Annual Grammy Awards air Feb. 10. Congratulations to all the nominees!

The red carpet was overflowing with sexy men last night at the 12th annual GQ Men of the Year Awards. Obsession of the Year Hayden Panettiere and Diane Lane were lucky enough to be among the few ladies who got to mix and mingle with the big winners, which included James McAvoy, Casey Affleck, and Emile Hirsch. Cover boy Kanye finally felt up to making his first public appearance since getting back from Europe but sadly wasn't ready to walk the red carpet just yet. The party was abuzz with Oscar talk for the best male performance (Emile, Russell Crowe, and Clooney, to name a few), but Judd Apatow and Seth Rogen were more interested in throwing in their two cents about Katherine Heigl's recent Vanity Fair interview where she calls Knocked Up a sexist movie.

To see the not-so-nice things the boys had to say, plus lots and lots more pics of hot men like Chace Crawford and Channing Tatum and pretty girls like Emmanuelle Chriqui and Elisha Cuthbert, just read more
Even though Britney Spears owns two homes in LA, she spends most of her time at the Four Seasons Hotel. This, however, did not stop her from dressing up in her signature pink wig to tour Brentwood and Beverly Hills with Mr. Real Estate Man, who seems to be a bit shocked that his photo is being taken. Hello, you're with the most photographed woman in the world — be prepared to flash those pearly whites! Anyway, once again Britney is wearing her hideous boots that we can't wait until she burns. She also decides to change her look by ditching the wig and borrowing her agent's blazer. At least she's snacking on an apple at one point. Baby steps people, baby steps.

Kate Hudson looked perfectly content in the blustery NY snow, grabbing her small Starbucks on a walk around the city. Sure, the first few snowfalls are beautiful and fun, but methinks she won't have any smile on her face come a blizzard in March. At least she's wised up about those brrrrr-bare legs. Kate Hudson manages to make that hat look cute, but she's a lucky one who looks good in pretty much everything. At her special D&G viewing the other day Kate said that she isn't even much for shopping these days...because she gets her clothes another way entirely. She said, "I'm trying not to shop anymore...I've gotten in the habit of making phone calls when I see something and saying, 'Please, when that comes in, can you send it?'" Not too bad, right?
