Mini-Me: Heidi Klum and Leni Some kids are the spitting image of their parents and celebabies are no exception. Today's case in point is Heidi Klum's daughter, Leni. We're not sure if it's the 3-year-old's model mug, flawless face, or beautiful bone structure, but Leni's definitely been graced with good genes.
We never would have thought that a year after his split from Britney Spears, we'd still be hearing about Kevin Federline every day. While we were hoping that he would fade away, the ongoing custody battle is keeping him in the headlines and over half of you think that his frequent emergency hearings are justified. Now he's scored the cover of Details magazine's Power + Influence issue.
While Kevin's reputation has improved a lot in the past year, we're still not sure how we feel about him tying Larry Birkhead for the number 7 spot on the magazine's 50 Most Influential Men Under 45 list as "The Good Father." What do you think — does Kevin deserve to be on a list of influential men?
We love seeing our favorite female stars gracing the covers of InStyle, but we also love their monthly feature on Hollywood's most fashionable men. In the magazine's December issue, Adrien was the chosen actor who we know isn't afraid to have his own sense of style as recently evidenced by his metallic suit at the LA premiere of Darjeeling Limited. In the issue the actor talks about his body, his girl and his dance moves. Here are some highlights:
On having to change his body for different roles:
"My father's thin, and my grandfather was very thin. When I did The Pianist, I starved myself, then had to gain weight back rapidly. Now I appreciate how people struggle with their bodies. Nobody's perfect."
On his break dance skills:
"I'd probably hurt myself if I started break-dancing again! I'd have to be pretty intoxicated. But it'll come back one day. You'll see me on the floor doing the Worm."
On the actress he thinks has the most style:
"My girlfriend, Elsa Pataky. She's Spanish; there's an elegance that European women possess that she embodies. She's a woman: She's not cute and girlie. It's something more impressive—it's stronger."
We've confessed that we find Adrien sexy and over 40% of you agreed. For those of you who weren't on board, has your mind changed with this cute photoshoot or his sweet talking about his girlfriend?
Nicole Kidman Says She Hasn't Had Botox While at the grocery store this weekend, I became momentarily transfixed by the December cover of Marie Claire. Nicole Kidman is on it, looking as flawless as ever. My guess is that the art department gave her a Photoshop makeover, but I am also constantly flummoxed by the lack of movement in Nicole's forehead.
Two of Ocean's Thirteen, George Clooney and Don Cheadle, are set to be honored at the 8th World Summit of Nobel Laureates, Dec. 13–15 in Rome. This year, George, Don, and some of their other Ocean's castmates launched Not on Our Watch to raise awareness and money for Darfur during their festival movie premieres. After the circuit was over, they expected the charity would be, too, but instead found that they wanted to commit to the project. Now, luminaries such as President Carter and the Dalai Lama want to honor their efforts. Archbishop Desmond Tutu had this to say:
"I am always moved when I see artists such as George and Don use their positions to speak up for the most vulnerable of our fellow human beings. They have brought the suffering in Sudan into the awareness of millions, and have raised tens of millions of dollars to assist the victims of violence there. They inspire us all and show that every person, in every walk of life, can do something to help make the world a better place."
These days Hollywood is spending more time, energy, and money in its charity and awareness projects, but this time it's about some of the most important figures in the world honoring two movie stars. Both George and Don have been given awards all over the spectrum, but something tells me that this may be one of the most important of all.
Kristen Bell looked perfectly fit getting some exercise out on a morning walk with some friends in LA yesterday. She was also way less coy than the last time we saw her over the weekend hiding on the arm of her "friend" Dax. I'll always admit she's adorable, but she was starting to really bug me on Heroes this season. Last night, though, she was remarkably less infuriating leading up to next week's thrilling chapter conclusion. What did you think about last night's episode — is season two finally living up to its potential? I'm still wary, but it is getting better.
The well-dressed kids of Gossip Girl were spotted filming yesterday in Manhattan. GG and all its PYTs are quickly becoming some of my new favorites of 2007, so hopefully they can keep the momentum going into 2008 (and not lose it after one season like some shows... coughTheOCcough). It looks like even though things are over (for now) between Blair and Nate, they just can't keep away from each other. Since they must have at least one character on the phone at all times, Penn is chatting away. Leighton looks great as usual, but I must say that Chace Crawford is the prettiest one on set. Sigh, it's just too bad Nate is so dimwitted sometimes. After having last week off, I can't wait to get back in the thick of it tomorrow night. Ah, teen dramas, can't get enough of 'em.
Rihanna bundled up for her appearance on The Late Show and looked perfectly chic while waving to her New York fans. She kept things simple in all black but mixed patterns and textures to create a unique look.
